On September 25, 2020, at 09.00 hours, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned Assistant to the Labour Minister Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong, to chair the opening ceremony of the Social Security Office Executive Seminar No. 3/2020. He also awarded agencies with excellent performance in improving government services’ efficiency and the development of management quality within the organization. Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mrs. Theanrat Nawamawat also attended the event at the Grand Palazzo Meeting Room, 7th floor, Grand Palazzo Building, The Emerald Hotel, Bangkok.
The Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour said that the Ministry of Labour’s policies emphasizes the drive in social security work, including the preparation for entering the aging society, social security development and benefits ensuring workers’ stability and quality of life, as well as expanding the network integration to promote, protect and develop independent workers’ skills to have occupation, income, social security and safety at work. The policies also focus on enhancing the service level of the public through electronic channels, allowing access to a variety of government services, and on being effectively linked to the foundational service missions of the Ministry of Labour and government agencies.
