MOL Meets to Redesign Registration Form on Receiving Services by Affiliated Agencies for More Ease to the People

          Today (February 17, 2020) at 13.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol assigned Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Surapol Ploysuk chaired a meeting to discuss the amendment to the registration form on receiving services from agencies under the Ministry of Labour, to suit the system and internet services. The meeting took place at the Prasong Rananant Meeting Room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. The Labour Minister’s working group jointly designed the registration to receive services, for employers and employees to use in contacting all departments under the Ministry of Labour. In total, there are approximately 40 forms, which can be combined into one registration form for employers and employees to contact all departments under the Ministry of Labour. The form can be submitted in paper or online, depending on the convenience of both parties. The registration form will only by 1 page of paper to use as follows: 1) Can be used by both employers or employees who are Thai or foreigners. 2) Applies to the first and subsequent contact cases. 3) Applies to all departments under the Ministry of Labour. 4) Can check with other government agencies online. 5) There is an explanation for filling in the registration form in paper form and online. 6) Online inspections with other relevant government agencies without requesting an attachment and can link to external agencies of the Ministry of Labour.

          By using the said registration form, it will allow all departments under the Ministry of Labour to have only one registration form. It will provide convenience in the database management of employers and employees and enable all 300 offices nationwide to connect with employers and employees equally on the same database.
