On December 16, 2019, at 09.00 hours, Secretariat to the Labour Minister Lt. Gen. Nanthadet Meksawat presided over the training program to promote education for informal workers in the aging society at the West Gate Residence Hotel, Nonthaburi.
The project was organized to prepare elderly workers to enter the aging society with value and to reflect the readiness of government agencies on the promotion and supporting of such worker groups to have access to rights and protection in terms of employment, work, compensation, workplace safety, including a better quality of life. The training will have approximately 150 elderly workers in Nonthaburi province and will continue training until December 17, 2019.
