MOL Partners with Private Sector in Donating Cereal Products to Encourage Medical Personnel in Fight Against Covid-19

                The Ministry of Labour and Baili Enterprise Co., Ltd., donated Daily Nut cereal products worth 1,000,000 Baht to the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Public Health, as an encouragement to the civil service personnel in the fight against Covid – 19.

                On March 31, 2020, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mrs. Theanrat Nawamawat, together with Mr. Saranjit Wang and Ms. Jeng Wang, from Baili Enterprise Co., Ltd., donated Daily Nut cereal products worth 1,000,000 Baht to Deputy Permanent Secretary of Public Health Dr. Yongyot Thamwut. The donation was made to encourage medical personnel to carry out their duties in the fight against the coronavirus 2019 (COVID – 19). The occasion took place at the ground floor, Building 1, Office of the Permanent Secretary.

                Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mrs. Theanrat Nawamawat said that cereal had been a food that has been eaten since ancient times for tens of thousands of years and continues to be consumed today, because of the many beneficial nutrients. Therefore, the Ministry of Labour coordinated with the grain manufacturing company to bring 30,000 packets of Daily Nut grains worth 1,000,000 Baht, to give to medical personnel who are working hard from the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The cereals will provide nutritional supplements and allow the body to produce the antibodies necessary to prevent invading viruses and bacteria from entering the body.
