Employees who are members of the workers union will request to exercise the rights following the agreement on the original employment conditions, regarding the right to leave before retirement, where the employee will receive benefits under the agreement. But, if the company provides a guarantee of maintaining the working condition according to the agreement, the employees wish to continue to work.
