On December 26, 2019, at 13.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol chaired the Skill Development Committee Meeting No. 11/2019, which took place at the Pakorn Angsusingha Meeting Room, 10th floor, Department of Skill Development. The meeting requested approval to appoint a sub-committee to send participants to the 13th ASEAN Skill Competition. The meeting also drafted the announcement of the Skill Development Promotion Committee on test methods for the National Skills Assessments, and the issuance of certificates certifying completion of the National Skill Standards Test in industrial occupation, steel arc welding by hand at the level 2 and 3 proficiency. It also discussed the qualifications of assessors, rules, procedures, and conditions for submitting applications, issuance of a certificate of registration Issuance of a substitute for the registration certificate, and the duration of the certificate of registration.
