MOL Upgrades “Fixer Finder” App to Support the New Normal

On June 23, 2020, at 14.00 hours, Labour Minister M.R. Chatu Mongol Sonakul gave a press release to upgrade the “Fixer Finder” application launched on smartphones, to enable people to contact artisans to repair residences and equipment that are damaged. There are 3 service technicians, which are 1) Electricians providing electrical wiring within the building, installation of electrical systems within the building, accommodation or changing lamps, plugs, switches and breakers 2) Air conditioning technicians providing service for cleaning, installing, refilling air conditioners and checking for air conditioning abnormalities 3) Plumber and sanitary ware, providing service for changing faucets, water pipes and sanitary ware installation. Currently there are more than 6,000 skilled craftsmen in the country, within the application, ready to provide services at quality standards to reduce the risk of the COVID-19 virus spread. The initiative also supports society and the new normal.

For the process of installing the application, users can search for “Fixer Finder” in the play store or app store, then download and install onto their smartphone. The app can be used on both Android and iOS systems, and services will start from July 1, 2020 onwards.
