On October 16, 2020, at 14.00 hours, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned the Ministry of Labour’s Secretary-General Mr. Suthep Chitayavong and the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Director-General Mr. Apinya Sucharitanan to welcome former Compensation Appeal Committee and Member of the 9th Workmen’s Compensation Fund Committee Lt. Gen. Sirichai Rattanavaraha. The meeting discussed ways to promote health and disease prevention for insurers by implementing telemedicine and BlockChain technology to complement the shortage of medical personnel. The solution aims to enable workers with an onset of sickness to gain more comprehensive and efficient access to desirable public health services. The meeting took place at the Chatumongkol Room, 6th floor, Ministry of Labour.
