MOL Welcomes U.S. Ambassador Representative

          On February 8, 2021, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol welcomed Ms. Cortney R. Conrad, Executive Officer, Economic Department from the U.S. Embassy, on a courtesy call on the occasion of the New Year. She thanked the Ministry of Labour for cooperating with the United States and expects to continue labour relations between them.
          Mr. Suthi thanked the United States for their cooperation in the Attaining Lasting Change for Better Enforcement of Labour and Criminal Law to Address Child Labor, Forced Labor and Human Trafficking Project (ATLAS Project)) and USAID Thailand Counter Trafficking in Persons (USAID Thailand CTIP) project. The meeting also covered updates on the latest progress on the amendment of the State Enterprise Labour Relations Act B.E. 2543.
