From December 13-20, 2011, officials of Labour Section of the Royal Thai Embassy in Seoul served as a medical interpreter between Mr. Utthep Cha-um-pol, a Thai road accident patient and a doctor at Kheang-hee Hospital.
Also, Mrs. Wannapon Chu-umnart, Minister Cousellor (Labour), went to visit the patient to boost his morale and offer him assistance when he needs to travel back to Thailand.
