On January 27, 2020, at 13.00 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol assigned the Department of Employment’s Inspector-General Mrs. Napasorn Toongsooksai, to participate in the opening ceremony of the Federation of Thai Industries. Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-ocha presided over the service at the Federation of Thai Industries, Creative Technology Laboratory Building (RMU), Nang Linchi Road, Thungmahamek, Sathorn, Bangkok.
The Federation of Thai Industries is a non-profit organization, raised from the Thai Industry Association, which has been in operation since November 13, 1967. It became the Federation of Thai Industries on December 29, 1987, under the supervision of the Minister of Industry under the Federation of Thai Industries Act B.E. 2530, which is the state policy to develop private business institutions in Thailand’s strength. It aims to continue the development mechanism in the industrial sector, to coordinate with the country’s economic development, and protect the interests of the nation in the world economy.
The Ministry of Labour congratulated and donated money to the Industrial Development Foundation to help with charity and the public benefit.
