On November 15, 2019, at 17.15 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol joined in the welcoming of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, Director of the Thai Red Cross, in royal proceedings to preside over the opening ceremony of the Red Cross Fair 2019. Rehabilitated people in the invention program organized the occasion, from the occupational rehabilitation group at Workers Rehabilitation Center Region 5, Lumphini Park, Bangkok.
