Stringent measures for employing foreign workers in Singapore.

             Singapore declared the labour policy to decelerate dependence of foreign workers because there were over 3 million foreign workers in Singapore, and this tended to steadily increase. As a result, this has a social and economic impact on Singapore including space constraints in the country.
              To reduce the consequences of this situation, on February 1, 2010, the Minister of Finance of Singapore, acting as a chairman of Singapore’s Economic Strategies Committee: (ECS), has announced the stringent measures to protect migration of foreign workers. For instance, there will be an expansion of foreign employment fee or higher levy to push employers to employ higher-skilled labour which will lead to simultaneously increasing productivity.
              In addition to the economic strategy, this measure is a crucial procedure that the Economic Strategies Committee has suggested to the Singapore Government. However, the essence of higher levy
