          Mr. Ananchai Uthaiwattanachep, Director General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare revealed that the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare has set up a business promotion project to have a good management system on labor relations and labor welfare. In order for employers and employees to realize the importance of strengthening labor relations and the provision of labor welfare in the workplace. They also work together to develop the standard of good labor relations and welfare in the workplace to promote good quality of working life and from the information of the establishments participating in the activities of the contest for outstanding business. From 2016 to 2018, there are more establishments to participate in the activities. In 2016, 943 establishments participated in the activities. In 2017, 1,060 enterprises were involved in the activity. In 2018 There are 1,095 establishments that show that employers have paid more attention to the development of labor relations in binary form. The main criterion in the contest for good labor relations, labor relations and labor welfare is the cooperation of employers and employees to improve the quality of life of laborers through the management of labor relations and welfare in the workplace.
          Mr. Ananchai added: The establishments which have passed the criteria for being the best establishments in the field of labor relations and labor welfare in the year 2018 shall be the model for other establishments to improve the quality of life of the employees through the management of labor relations and welfare in the form of bilateral. This will be beneficial to employers and employees.
