In addition, emphasis was placed on ensuring that budget planning is accurate, targeted, and based on zero-based budgeting principles, while taking value for money into consideration. Priority should be given to essential and urgent projects that directly address national challenges, promote inclusive economic growth, support clean energy, strengthen disaster preparedness, and apply innovation and digital technology to improve the efficiency of public services.
