This time at Wang Bang Khun Prom, Bank of Thailand. H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo added that the government has a policy to link and integrate information between government agencies and the private sector to meet the needs of all sectors of the country together. The Ministry of Labor has set up a policy of development management to improve the efficiency of the National Labor Information Center by creating and developing database linkages between labor agencies to be able to manage the labor system accurately, precisely, promptly and efficiently, which is the driving force of the country’s economy to keep pace with the changing world as well as to use the policies and strategies of the government. Growth of the national economy upgrading to Digital Ministry of Labor supports Thailand 4.0 policy. However, the benefits of the country’s labor will be obtained from the signing of the memorandum today as a common benefit for all parties. The Social Security Office is responsible for developing the right benefits package for employees. The insurer has an effective collection system. The fund is managed by a state-of-the-art information technology system. There are current information. The statistical analysis and forecasting are highly accurate.
The Minister of Labor went on to say: The Bank of Thailand is an academic, personnel, expert, and research organization capable of modeling and forecasting in-depth labor statistics to analyze labor mobility and labor behavior in various industries. This is beneficial for the implementation of labor policy in preparation for Thailand’s access to the 4.0 era. This is the beginning of Big Data’s labor force, reforming the country into the digital age. Together, we build and lay the groundwork for Thai society to live happily with “no one left behind” and meet Thailand’s vision of “stable, prosperous, sustainable”.
