December 17, 2020, at 09.30 hours, Prime Minister and Defense Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha chaired the Covid-19 Management Committee Meeting No. 15/2020. Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin attended the meeting at Santi Maitree Building, Government Houses. The meeting informed the announcement of the extension of the emergency declaration period throughout the Kingdom (the 8th time), the report of the pandemic and infected people, and public health measures along the border. The meeting also covered the progress on the development and production of the Covid-19 vaccine preventing the spread of Covid-19 along the border, the implementation of the Prime Minister’s approval as proposed by the Adhoc Committee, and the consideration of easing the enforcement of preventive measures to stop the spread of Covid-19 and report on the progress of the Thailand Plus application.
