On April 23, 2020, at 09.30 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Aumpun Thuvavit chaired the Employee Welfare Fund Committee Meeting No. 4/2020 to acknowledge the 7 reports as follows: (1) Report of incomes and expenses of the Employee Welfare Fund for the 2019 and 2020 fiscal years (2) Report of income and expenses of the Employee Welfare Fund for March 2020 (3) Report of bank deposits of the Employee Welfare Fund accounts for March 2020 (4) Report on the situation of debtors of the Employee Welfare Fund (5) Report on the progress of repayment of the Employee Welfare Fund under the rehabilitation plan of Sahapharm Company Limited and the Golden Line Business Company Limited (6) Memorandum of understanding on performance assessment of the revolving fund for the 2020 fiscal year of the Employee Welfare Fund and (7) Monitoring of important management systems and the performance of the Employee Welfare Fund in the first quarter, including the agenda of 4 items as follows: (1) Establishing an evaluation system for revolving fund executives (2) Meetings and selections for employer and employee representatives to be appointed as an associate judge in the Labour Court, Region 2 (3) Considering the disposal of debt from the account as bad debt of the Employee Welfare Fund and (4) Consideration of the payment of the Employee Welfare Fund on other cases besides compensation. The meeting took place at the Mitriitri Meeting Room 2, 5th floor, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
