On August 4, 2021, at 09.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol presided over this year’s first meeting of the National Committee on the Elimination of the worst forms of child labour, which took place via teleconference on Zoom. The meeting considered the (draft) situation report for eliminating child labor in 2020, the National Policy and Action Plan on the Elimination of Worst Forms of Child Labor for the 2021-2022 Fiscal Year, and a review and amendment of the National Commission’s Notification for the Elimination of Child Labour in Worst Forms on the topic of dangerous work in worst forms of child labour in Thailand, dated November 9, 2012. The meeting took place at the Prasong Rananant meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.
