The Labour Minister reported that an employment agency in Samut Sakhon was in consultation with Sinsakhon Industrial Estate Business Association to assist 147 employees who did not pass their probation period. On June 5, 2018, at 11.30 – 12.30, H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo, Minister of Labor met with Ms. Tomoko Nishimoto, Assistant Director-General and Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific on ILO’s Celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the International Labor Organization (ILO). The event will be held on April 11, 2019. It will be broadcast live from 24 countries around the world for 1 hour each and Thailand will be one of them. The format of the event and filming location will be expressed in Thai. The Ministry of Labor stated that Thailand was the first country in ASEAN to be a founding member of the ILO and has been a member of the ILO for the past 100 years.
