ปลัดแรงงาน เปิดสัมมนาเครือข่ายแรงงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจสำคัญของกระทรวงแรงงาน ไปสู่ประชาชนในระดับพื้นที่ พร้อมมอบใบประกาศเกียรติคุณ และเข็มประกาศเกียรติคุณให้แก่อาสาสมัครแรงงานดีเด่นระดับจังหวัด ประจำปี 2566 จำนวน 79 คน
วันที่ 19 กันยายน 2566 เวลา 15.30 น. นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานพิธีเปิดโครงการสัมมนาเครือข่ายแรงงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจสำคัญของกระทรวงแรงงาน ไปสู่ประชาชนในระดับพื้นที่ ณ ห้องบอลรูม 2 ชั้น 3 โรงแรม ดิ เอมเมอรัลด์ กรุงเทพฯ โดยกล่าวว่า การสัมมนาฯ ในครั้งนี้ เป็นความตั้งใจของกระทรวงแรงงาน ที่เล็งเห็นการพัฒนาเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ เพราะการพัฒนาจะส่งผลให้บุคลากรและเครือข่ายของกระทรวงแรงงาน มีองค์ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ มีศักยภาพและสามารถที่จะนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจสำคัญของกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดและเกิดประโยชน์ต่อประชาชนโดยรวม ซึ่งได้มอบแนวทางในการจัดสัมมนาโดยให้มีการเรียนรู้ การศึกษาดูงาน การทำกิจกรรม และการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น รวมถึงในโอกาสต่อไป กระทรวงแรงงาน จะผลักดันให้เครือข่ายของกระทรวงแรงงานได้รับสิทธิสวัสดิการและค่าตอบแทนที่สูงขึ้น เพื่อเป็นการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจในการเข้าร่วมขับเคลื่อนภารกิจของกระทรวงแรงงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอแสดงความยินดีกับอาสาสมัครแรงงานและบัณฑิตแรงงานดีเด่น ประจำปี 2566 และขอขอบคุณอาสาสมัครแรงงาน และบัณฑิตแรงงานทุกท่าน ที่เข้าร่วมเป็นเครือข่ายการทำงานในระดับพื้นที่และชุมชนให้กับกระทรวงแรงงาน ด้วยความเสียสละ ทุ่มเท อุทิศแรงกาย แรงใจ และเวลาอย่างเต็มกำลังความสามารถ เพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจของกระทรวงแรงงานที่มีความหลากหลาย ทั้งด้านส่งเสริมการมีงานทำ การพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน การฝึกอาชีพ การคุ้มครองแรงงาน และการประกันสังคม จนประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายและมีผลการดำเนินงานที่เป็นรูปธรรม อีกทั้ง ในปีงบประมาณ 2567 กระทรวงแรงงานมีภารกิจสำคัญที่จะขับเคลื่อนเพื่อให้ผู้อยู่ในวัยทำงานได้มีงานทำเพิ่มมากขึ้น เช่น ส่งเสริมการไปทำงานในต่างประเทศ การหาตำแหน่งงานให้กับผู้ว่างงานได้มีงานทำ การเพิ่มทักษะ เพื่อการมีรายได้ที่สูงขึ้น ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องได้รับความร่วมมือจากเครือข่ายทุกท่าน ซึ่งเป็นพลังสำคัญที่เข้มแข็ง และมีความพร้อมในการเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ต่อไป ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวท้ายที่สุด
นอกจากนี้ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ยังได้มอบใบประกาศเกียรติคุณอาสาสมัครแรงงานดีเด่น ประจำปี 2566 จำนวน 75 คน และเข็มประกาศเกียรติคุณบัณฑิตแรงงานดีเด่น ประจำปี 2566 จำนวน 4 คน ได้แก่ นายกูไซพูดีน อาแด บัณฑิตแรงงานจังหวัดนราธิวาส นายซำซีย๊ะ มาฮะ บัณฑิตแรงงานจังหวัดยะลา นางสาวสุณัฐฐา ยอดไกร บัณฑิตแรงงานจังหวัดปัตตานี และนางสาวสาริศา ลังคง บัณฑิตแรงงานจังหวัดสงขลา
The Permanent Secretary of Labour commenced a labour network seminar to increase efficiency in driving important missions of the Ministry of Labour to the people at the local level. He presented certificates of honour and honorary pins to 79 outstanding provincial labour volunteers for 2023.
On September 19, 2023, at 15.30 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, chaired the opening ceremony of the labour network seminar to increase efficiency in driving the important missions of the Ministry of Labour to the people at the local level. The occasion took place at Ballroom 2, 3rd floor, The Emerald Hotel, Bangkok. He said that this seminar is the intention of the Ministry of Labour, which sees development as important. The development will promote the Ministry of Labour’s personnel and networks to have the knowledge, experience, potential, and ability to drive important missions and achieve set goals to benefit the people. It has provided guidelines for organizing seminars with learning, study visits, activities, and exchange of ideas. In the next opportunity, the Ministry of Labour will push for its network to receive higher welfare rights and compensation to build morale and encourage participation in driving the missions of the Ministry of Labour efficiently.
He congratulated the outstanding labour volunteers and labour graduates of 2023. He thanked all labour volunteers and graduates for being a part of the network working at the local and community level for the Ministry of Labour. The members work with sacrifice, the dedication of physical and mental strength, and time to the utmost of their abilities to support the diverse missions of the Ministry of Labour in promoting employment, skill development, vocational training, labour protection, and social security to success. In 2024, the Ministry of Labour has an important mission to drive people of working age to have more work, such as promoting overseas employment, finding work positions for unemployed people, and promoting work skill enhancement to have higher incomes. This requires cooperation from everyone in the networks, which are important drivers, to spread awareness and create knowledge and understanding for the people in the area, concluded the Permanent Secretary of Labour.
In addition, the Permanent Secretary of Labour awarded certificates of honour to 75 outstanding labour volunteers of 2023 and 4 pins of honour to outstanding labour graduates of 2023, including Mr. Kusai Pudin Adae, a labour graduate of Narathiwat Province, Mr. Samsiya Maha, a labour graduate, of Yala Province, Ms. Sunatha Yodkrai, a labour graduate of Pattani Province, and Ms. Sarisa Langkong, a labour graduate of Songkhla Province.
