วันที่ 6 กรกฎาคม 2566 เวลา 09.30 น. นายประทีป ทรงลำยอง รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการสวัสดิการแรงงาน ครั้งที่ 5/2566 ณ ห้องประชุม ศ.นิคม จันทรวิทุร ชั้น 5 กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
สำหรับการประชุมครั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมได้พิจารณา คำร้องตามมาตรา 120 ของนายจ้าง จำนวน 3 บริษัท ลูกจ้างที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 30 คน การเลือกผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและผู้แทนฝ่ายลูกจ้าง เพื่อรับมอบอำนาจให้ทำหน้าที่ต่อสู้คดีแทนคณะกรรมการสวัสดิการแรงงาน และการคัดเลือกผู้แทนเข้าร่วมประชุมและเลือกกันเองของผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและผู้แทนฝ่ายลูกจ้าง เพื่อแต่งตั้งเป็นผู้พิพากษาสมทบในศาลแรงงาน รวมถึงการรับรองมติการประชุม ครั้งที่ 5/2566 ในวันที่ 6 กรกฎาคม 2566
On July 6, 2023, at 09.30 hours, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Prateep Songlamyong, presided over the Labour Welfare Committee Meeting No. 5/2023 at the Prof. Nikom Chantravitun meeting room, 5th floor, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour.
The meeting considered petitions under Section 120 from employers of three companies involving 30 employees, the selection of representatives from employers and employees to be authorized to defend the case on behalf of the Labour Welfare Committee, the selection of representatives to attend the meeting and elect among themselves, employer and employee representatives to be appointed as an associate judge in the labour court, including the approval of the resolutions of the meeting No. 5/2023 on July 6, 2023.
