วันที่ 6 กันยายน 2566 นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน Up skill Thailand 2023 “จักรวาลสร้างอาชีพ” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยเครือมติชน โดยมี คุณปานบัว บุนปาน กรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัท มติชน จำกัด (มหาชน) พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารเครือมติชนหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ สามย่านมิตรทาวน์ฮอลล์ ชั้น5 ศูนย์การค้าสามย่านมิตรทาวน์ พระรามที่ 4 แขวงวังใหม่ เขตปทุมวัน กรุงเทพมหานคร
นายบุญชอบ กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน มีภารกิจสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการมีงานทำ การพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือเพื่อส่งเสริมการประกอบอาชีพอิสระให้แรงงานมีรายได้ที่มั่นคง ได้รับสิทธิสวัสดิการความคุ้มครอง มีหลักประกันทางสังคม เพื่อให้แรงงานทั้งในและนอกระบบมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีโดยเฉพาะแรงงานนอกระบบ ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มใหญ่ของประเทศ ซึ่งเมื่อเร็วๆ นี้กระทรวงแรงงาน ได้จัดฝึกอบรมให้แก่แรงงานนอกระบบ จำนวน 2 โครงการ ได้แก่ โครงการพัฒนาส่งเสริมอาชีพผู้ประกอบการร้านสตรีทฟู้ด และโครงการฝึกอบรมสร้างอาชีพเสริมรายได้ให้ชุมชน กระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจฐานราก แรงงานไทย เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งด้านอาชีพให้กับแรงงานนอกระบบอย่างยั่งยืน ได้มีทักษะที่ทันสมัยในการประกอบอาชีพและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ สามารถเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับสินค้าหรือบริการในชุมชน ตลอดจนเพิ่มช่องทางการตลาดในโลกยุคใหม่ สอดคล้องกับการจัดงานในวันนี้ กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยกรมการจัดหางานและกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานได้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการมีงานทำ ให้คำแนะนำแพลตฟอร์มไทยมีงานทำเพื่อเปิดโอกาสในการรับสมัครงานสำหรับผู้ว่างงาน นอกจากนี้ ยังมีภาคเอกชนเครือไมเนอร์กรุ๊ป ที่มาเปิดรับสมัครงานกว่า 500 อัตรา ทั้งพนักงานบริการด้านอาหาร พาร์ทไทม์ และฟูลไทม์ รวมไปถึงพนักงานตำแหน่งด้านการตลาด บัญชี ไฟแนนซ์ และรับนักศึกษาฝึกงาน ทั้งบัญชีการตลาด HR และตำแหน่งงานใหม่ๆ อีกมากมาย
นายบุญชอบ กล่าวต่อว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าการจัดงานในครั้งนี้จะช่วยการพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือเพื่อประกอบอาชีพอิสระ พัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน เพิ่มทักษะ ในการสร้างอาชีพสร้างโอกาส สร้างธุรกิจ เปิดโอกาสให้มีช่องทางในการสมัครงาน การรับความรู้ใหม่ๆ ในการประกอบอาชีพ จึงนับเป็นงานที่มีการอัพสกิลด้านแรงงาน และการประกอบอาชีพที่สำคัญอีกงานหนึ่งของประเทศสำหรับในปีนี้ สอดคล้องกับการจัดงานในวันนี้ที่ทีมเส้นทางเศรษฐี ในเครือมติชน ที่ได้จัดงานดีๆ ขึ้นมา ซึ่งหลังจากผ่านการเวิร์กช้อป และร่วมรับฟังเสวนา หรือรับความรู้ภายในงานผู้ร่วมงานจะได้นำประสบการณ์ไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
ทั้งนี้ ภายในงานพบกับกิจกรรมมากมาย อาทิ ยกทัพความอร่อยจาก 100 แฟรนไชส์เด็ด ฟังเสวนาจากกูรูการตลาด – Speaker ระดับแนวหน้าของไทย รู้ลึก รู้จริง กับ 8 เวิร์กชอปยกระดับผู้ประกอบการออนไลน์ – SMEs ยกทัพเมนูเด็ดจากร้านดังที่ประสบความสำเร็จสูงสุดมาไว้ในงานเดียว ผู้สนใจสามารถงานเข้าร่วมงาน Up skill Thailand 2023 ได้ฟรีไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างวันที่ 6 – 9 กันยายน 2566 เวลา 10.00 -20.00 น. ณ สามย่านมิตรทาวน์ฮอลล์ ชั้น 5 ศูนย์การค้าสามย่านมิตรทาวน์
On September 6, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, presided over the opening ceremony of the Up Skill Thailand 2023 event, “Universe Creating Careers,” organized by the Matichon Group. The Managing Director of Matichon PCL, Khun Panbua Bunpan, along with executives of the Matichon Group and related agencies, both public and private sectors, joined in the welcoming at Samyan Mitrtown Hall, 5th floor, Samyan Mitrtown Shopping Center, Rama 4, Wang Mai Subdistrict, Pathumwan District, Bangkok.
Mr. Boonchob said that the Ministry of Labour has an important mission to promote employment and develop skills to promote self-employment for workers to have a stable income, receive welfare and protection rights, and have social security to ensure that workers both in and outside the system have a good quality of life. This is especially true for workers outside the system, a large portion of the country’s workforce. Recently, the Ministry of Labor has organized training for informal workers through two projects: the project to develop and promote careers for street food shop operators and the training to create additional income for the community to stimulate the grassroots economy and Thai workers to strengthen careers for informal sector workers sustainably. It aims to provide modern skills in careers and product development, add value to products or services in the community, and increase marketing channels in the modern world, in line with today’s event. The Ministry of Labour’s Department of Employment and the Department of Skill Development has supported and promoted employment, providing advice on the “thaimeengantum” platform to open up employment opportunities for the unemployed. In addition, there are companies from the private sector within the Minor Group with over 500 job openings, including part-time and full-time food service employees in marketing, accounting, finance, and internships. Positions include marketing accounting, HR, and many new job positions.
Mr. Boonchob continued that the Ministry of Labour hopes that this event will help develop skills for self-employment, improve and increase skills to further create careers, opportunities, and businesses, and provide opportunities and channels to apply for jobs and new knowledge. It is considered an event that upgrades workers’ skills, particularly for important occupations of the country for this year. The initiative aligns with today’s event, organized by the Millionaire’s Path team within the Matichon Group. The event includes workshops and discussions to share knowledge with participants joining the event so that attendees can use their experiences to the utmost benefit.
Within the event are many activities, such as presenting delicious food from 100 famous franchises, listening to a discussion from leading marketing gurus and speakers in Thailand, and deep knowledge and real knowledge with eight workshops to raise the level of online entrepreneurs and SMEs. The event brings together delicious menus from the most successful famous restaurants in one event. Those interested can attend Up Skill Thailand 2023 for free from September 6 to 9, 2023, from 10.00 to 8.00 hours at Samyan Mitr Town Hall, 5th floor, Samyan Mitr Town Shopping Center.
