วันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม 2566 นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ให้สัมภาษณ์บันทึกเทปรายการ NBT มีคำตอบ “ประเด็นการจัดงาน JOB EXPO THAILAND 2023” ณ สถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์แห่งประเทศไทย เขตดินแดง กรุงเทพมหานคร
กระทรวงแรงงาน กรมการจัดหางานกำหนดจัดงาน JOB EXPO THAILAND 2023 ภายใต้ธีมงาน “คนไทยมีงานทำ คนหางาน งานหาคน” ระหว่างวันที่ 8 – 10 มิถุนายน 2566 ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค บางนา Hall EH 100 – 102 กรุงเทพมหานคร และ ใน 3 จังหวัดใหญ่ ชลบุรี ภูเก็ตและนครราชสีมา เพื่อรองรับนโยบายของรัฐบาลที่ต้องการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจภายในประเทศและความต้องการของประชาชนที่ต้องการมีงานทำ มีอาชีพสร้างรายได้ให้แก่ตนเอง หลังจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 คลี่คลาย ซึ่งเป็นการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืนให้กับประชาชนทุกกลุ่มเป้าหมาย Job Expo Thailand 2023 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมด้านแรงงานรองรับยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี (พ.ศ. 2561-2580) และนโยบายของรัฐบาลในการนำประเทศไปสู่ไทยแลนด์ 4.0 โดยสร้างโอกาสให้ผู้สมัครงาน นายจ้างหรือสถานประกอบการ ได้พบกันและพิจารณาคัดเลือกกันโดยตรง เป็นการประหยัดเวลา ลดค่าใช้จ่ายของทั้งสองฝ่าย เพื่อผู้สมัครงาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาใหม่ ผู้ว่างงาน คนพิการ ผู้สูงอายุ หรือประชาชนทั่วไป ได้ทราบ
สำหรับการบันทึกเทปในครั้งนี้ มีผู้แทนบริษัทเอกชนขนาดใหญ่ที่จัดบูธภายในงาน ร่วมให้สัมภาษณ์ในรายการ 2 รายได้แก่ คุณปัญชลีย์ วีระธรรมวัชร์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารสายงานทรัพยากรบุคคล บริษัท เซ็นทรัล รีเทล คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) และ คุณวสันต์ สินพิทักษ์สกุล ผู้บริหารสูงสุด ฝ่ายบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล ธุรกิจค้าส่งแม็คโคร ออกอากาศวันพุธที่ 7 มิถุนายน 2566 เวลา 15.05 – 16.00 น. รายการ “NBT มีคำตอบ”
On May 30, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, recorded an interview on an NBT program with answers about the “Job Expo Thailand 2023” at the National Television Station, Din Daeng District, Bangkok.
The Ministry of Labour’s Department of Employment organized the largest national job fair under the theme “Thai People with Jobs: People Find Jobs, and Jobs Find People” for June 8 – 10, 2023, at the BITEC Exhibition and Convention Center, Bangna, Hall EH 100 – 102, Bangkok, and in three major provinces, Chonburi, Phuket, and Nakhon Ratchasima. The event is organized to support government policies to stimulate the domestic economy and jobseekers’ needs to have a career to make money for themselves, especially after the COVID-19 situation has eased, sustainably improving the quality of life for all groups of people. The Job Expo Thailand 2023 aims to prepare workers to support the 20-year national strategy (2018-2037) and the government’s policy to lead the country to Thailand 4.0. It creates opportunities for job applicants, employers, and establishments to directly meet and consider in the recruitment process, saving time and reducing costs for both parties. It is an opportunity for job applicants, whether they are new graduates, unemployed, people with disabilities, the elderly, or the general public.
The interview recording had two representatives of large private companies that will participate in the event, namely Ms. Panchalee Weerathammawat, Chief Human Resources Officer of Central Retail Corporation PCL, and Mr. Wasan Sinpitaksakul, Senior Executive of Human Resources of Makro Wholesale Business. The interview will be broadcast on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, from 15.05 to 16.00 hours on the “NBT Has an Answer” program.
