วันที่ 11 กันยายน 2566 เวลา 11.15 น. นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ เข้าตรวจเยี่ยมและมอบของให้กำลังใจแรงงานไทย ที่ไซต์งานก่อสร้างสะพานข้ามแม่น้ำ ตั้นเจียง นครนิวไทเป ซึ่งบริษัทก่อสร้าง KUNG ENGINEERING CORPORATION ซึ่งว่าจ้างแรงงานไทย จำนวนประมาณ 300 คน โดยในวันนี้ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ให้กำลังใจแรงงาน พร้อมให้ข้อคิดเตือนใจแรงงานในการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบไต้หวันทั้งการป้องกันยาเสพติด การขับขี่รถจักรยานไฟฟ้า สุรา เพื่อให้แรงงานไทยสามารถปรับตัวด้านการทำงานและการใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างปลอดภัย พร้อมนี้ สนร. ไทเปได้แนะนำช่องทางการติดต่อ สนร.ไทเป พร้อมสิทธิประโยชน์จากกองทุนประกันภัยแรงงานไต้หวัน ซึ่งนายจ้างและแรงงานได้แสดงความชื่มชมและขอบคุณในการเข้าเยี่ยมแรงงานในครั้งนี้ นอกจากนี้บริษัทยังแสดงความต้องการจ้างแรงงานไทยเพื่อมาทำงานในโครงการอื่นๆ ซึ่งเฉพาะปี ที่ผ่านมา ได้ยื่นขอนำเข้าแรงงานไทยเพิ่ม จำนวน กว่า 700 คน โดยบริษัทยินดีให้ความร่วมมือในการขยายตลาดแรงงานไทยในไต้หวันร่วมกันต่อไป
ทั้งนี้ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้เน้นย้ำให้ น.ส.ประภาวดี แก้วศิริพงษ์ อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษา (ฝ่ายแรงงาน) สนร.ไทเป และ นายณัฐชยวัศ สงวนไชยกฤษณ์ อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษา (ฝ่ายแรงงาน) สนร.เกาสง ปฏิบัตืหน้าที่อย่างเข้มแข็ง ทั้งภารกิจเชิงรุกในการขยายตลาดแรงงาน และการคุ้มครองดูแลแรงงานไทย โดยประชาสัมพันธ์สร้างการรับรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ ตามกฎหมายไทยและไต้หวัน รวมทั้งตระหนักถึงระเบียบวินัยในการทำงาน
On September 11, 2023, at 11.15 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, the executive team, and staff paid a visit and gave gifts to encourage Thai workers at the construction site for a bridge across the Danjiang River in New Taipei City. The bridge is being built by KUNG ENGINEERING CORPORATION, which employs approximately 300 Thai workers. Today, the Permanent Secretary of Labour encouraged the workers, advising and reminding them to follow Taiwan’s regulations, including drug prevention, riding electric bicycles, and liquor, so that Thai workers can adjust their work and life safely. In addition, the Taipei Office of Labour Protection and Welfare has introduced channels for contacting the Taipei Office of Labour and benefits from the Taiwan Labor Insurance Fund. The employers and workers expressed appreciation and gratitude for this visit to the workers. In addition, the company has also expressed its desire to hire Thai workers to work on other projects. In the past year alone, it has applied to import over 700 Thai workers. The company is willing to cooperate to further expand the Thai labour market in Taiwan.
The Permanent Secretary of Labour emphasized to the Minister Counselor (on labour) in the Taipei Labour Office, Mrs. Prapawadee Kaewsiripong, and the Minister Counselor (on labour) in the Kaohsiung Labour Office, to perform their duties with strength, including proactive missions to expand the labour market and protection of Thai workers, by creating awareness and understanding about benefits following the Thai and Taiwanese laws, and to maintain discipline in working.
