วันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2566 เวลา 08.30 น. นายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน เข้าร่วมการประชุมกับผู้ตรวจราชการสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี โดยมี นางชื่นชีวัน ลิมป์ธีระกุล ผู้ตรวจราชการสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี และคณะผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงได้เข้าพบนายสุธี ทองแย้ม ผู้ว่าราชการจังหว้ดนนทบุรี เพื่อหารือข้อราชการซึ่งมีประเด็นเกี่ยวข้องกับกระทรวงแรงงาน เรื่อง การพัฒนาทักษะกำลังแรงงานในภาคธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวและบริการเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะด้านภาษาของพนักงานเสิร์ฟ ณ ห้องประชุมมหาเจษฎาบดินทร์ ชั้น 5 ศาลากลางจังหวัดนนทบุรี โอกาสนี้มี หัวหน้าส่วนราชการหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดนนทบุรี เข้าร่วมประชุมด้วย
ทั้งนี้ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้เสนอข้อคิดเห็นในประเด็นเรื่องการพัฒนาทักษะด้านภาษา โดยเฉพาะภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษของพนักงานเสิร์ฟซึ่งเป็นแรงงานต่างด้าวให้สามารถสื่อสารกับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติได้ โดยขอให้สำนักงานแรงงานจังหวัดนนทบุรีและสถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 26 นนทบุรี ร่วมมือกันในการพัฒนาทักษะให้กับแรงงานภาคท่องเที่ยวและบริการ เพื่อส่งเสริมซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ทางวัฒนธรรมของไทย เช่น อาหารไทยที่ทำให้ชาวต่างชาติได้รู้จัก และการพัฒนาศักยภาพคนตลอดช่วงชีวิต โดยขอให้ติดตามการพัฒนาทักษะของอาชีพว่ามีผลตอบรับเป็นอย่างไร มีการนำเอาทักษะที่อบรมไปต่อยอดในการประกอบอาชีพของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มเปราะบางอย่างไรบ้าง
จากนั้น ในช่วงบ่าย นายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดนนทบุรี ได้ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมการดำเนินการโครงการ ศูนย์เรียนรู้โรงเรือนเกษตรแม่นยำ ปลอดภัยสำหรับผู้ประกอบการมืออาชีพด้านเกษตรอัจฉริยะ ณ ศูนย์ปราชญ์ชาวบ้านศูนย์ศรียวง เลขที่ 91/1 หมู่ที่ 7 อำเภอไทรน้อย จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยมี นายยวง เขียวนิล ครูบัญชีอาสา จังนวัดนนทบุรี ร่วมให้การต้อนรับและเป็นวิทยากรให้คำแนะนำเรื่อง หลักปรัชญาและการทำเกษตรแบบผสมผสาน (เกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่)และวิถีชีวิตเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงซึ่งศูนย์ฯ ได้มีการดำเนินการติดตั้งศูนย์ฯ เรียบร้อยแล้ว ยังคงเหลือเพียงการติดตั้งระบบน้ำ ฯลฯ ทั้งนี้ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน ขอให้ สถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 26 นนทบุรี ดำเนินการประสานติดตามไปยังส่วนกลางตลอดเวลา เพื่อให้การดำเนินการเป็นไปตามกรอบระยะเวลา และสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการฯ ดังกล่าวต่อไป
On August 4, 2023, at 08.30 hours, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, attended the meeting with the Inspector-Generals of the Prime Minister’s Office. The Prime Minister’s Office Inspector-General, Mrs. Chuencheewan Limthirakul, and a group of ministry inspectors met with the Governor of Nonthaburi Province, Mr. Sutee Thongyam, to discuss government issues related to the Ministry of Labour on the development of working skills in the tourism and service sectors to enhance the language skills of waitresses. The occasion took place at the Maha Chesadabodin Conference Room, 5th floor, Nonthaburi City Hall. Departments under the Ministry of Labour in Nonthaburi Province also attended the meeting.
The Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General suggested developing language skills, especially the Thai and English language skills of waitresses who are foreign workers, to communicate with tourists. He requested the Nonthaburi Provincial Labour Office and Nonthaburi Skill Development Institute 26 to cooperate in developing skills for workers in the tourism and service sectors to promote the soft power of Thai culture, such as Thai foods that foreigners know about. He also spoke about the development of human potential throughout life, requesting a follow-up on the development of professional skills and the feedback received, including the skills that have been trained and how they are applied to extend the careers of the elderly and vulnerable groups.
In the afternoon, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, and heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Nonthaburi Province visited the area to inspect the operations of the Precise Agricultural Greenhouse Learning Center Project Safe for Professional Operators in Smart Agriculture at the Village Philosopher Center, Sriyang Center, No. 91/1 Moo 7, Sai Noi District, Nonthaburi Province, Mr. Yuang Khieawnin, a volunteer accounting teacher in Nonthaburi Province joined to give a welcome and be a guest speaker on philosophy and integrated agriculture (new theory agriculture), and a sufficiency economy lifestyle. The center is complete, with water systems installation pending. In this regard, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General asked the Nonthaburi Institute of Skill Development 26 to coordinate and provide updates to the central area to proceed according to the time frame and remain consistent with the project’s objectives.
