วันที่ 29 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงานสร้างงาน และเส้นทางสู่อาชีพ ณ จังหวัดพัทลุง โดยมี นายภุชงค์ วรศรี ประจำสำนักเลขาธิการนายกรัฐมนตรี ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน นายภูมิพัฒน์ เหมือนจันทร์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วย นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธี นายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน กล่าวรายงาน นางนิศากร วิศิษฏ์สรอรรถ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดพัทลุง นางกัญจนา สุขมาก นักวิชาการแรงงานชำนาญการพิเศษ รักษาราชการแทน จัดหางานจังหวัดพัทลุง พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดพัทลุง ให้การต้อนรับ ณ โรงแรมร้อยทองรีสอร์ท อำเภอควนขนุน จังหวัดพัทลุง
นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เปิดเผยว่า จังหวัดพัทลุงเป็นเมืองรองที่มีศักยภาพโดดเด่นด้วยความเป็นศูนย์กลางการเชื่อมต่อภาคใต้ตอนบนและภาคใต้ตอนล่าง เป็นเส้นทางหลักที่จะผ่านไปยังจังหวัดต่างๆ และพร้อมก้าวสู่การเป็นเมืองแห่งความยั่งยืน ด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และความมั่นคง กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยกรมการจัดหางานจึงจัดงาน “สร้างงานและเส้นทางสู่อาชีพ จังหวัดพัทลุง” ขึ้นที่นี่ เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพกำลังแรงงานภายในจังหวัดและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อรองรับความเจริญเติบโต และเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันทุกภาคส่วนของจังหวัด ด้วยการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมให้คนหางาน และสถานประกอบการที่มีตำแหน่งงานว่าง มีโอกาสมาพบกัน เพิ่มโอกาสให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงบริการของรัฐ เข้าถึงข้อมูลอาชีพ – การศึกษา รู้สภาวะและแนวโน้มตลาดแรงงาน เปิดโลกทัศน์ สร้างสรรค์และจุดประกายไอเดียการประกอบอาชีพและเห็นทิศทางของอาชีพยุคใหม่ ตลอดจนรองรับการเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อสามารถพัฒนาทักษะและปรับตัวเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม บรรลุเป้าหมายการจ้างงาน 1 ล้านอัตรา ภายในปี 2567
ด้าน นายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน กล่าวว่า ภายในงานมีกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจมากมาย อาทิ การรับสมัครและสัมภาษณ์งานโดยตรงกับนายจ้าง สถานประกอบการในจังหวัดพัทลุง และจังหวัดใกล้เคียง จำนวน 33 แห่ง มีตำแหน่งงานว่าง 681 อัตรา อาทิ พนักงานขายสินค้า พนักงานบริการลูกค้า พนักงานธุรการ ช่างเทคนิค ฯลฯ การรับสมัครงานกลุ่มคนพิเศษ ค้นหาตำแหน่งงานว่างทั่วประเทศจากรถบริการจัดหางานเคลื่อนที่ Mobile Unit การสาธิตอาชีพและฝึกปฏิบัติอาชีพอิสระ 6 อาชีพ ได้แก่ บาริสต้า การทำขนมชั้น การทำเบเกอรี่ การทำแกงไตปลาแห้ง การพิมพ์ลายผ้าจากใบไม้ การติดตั้งระบบโซล่าเซลล์ นิทรรศการแนะแนวการศึกษาต่อสำหรับนักเรียนนักศึกษาที่ใกล้เรียนจบ บริการแนะแนวอาชีพ การทดสอบความพร้อมทางอาชีพและทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสมัครงาน นิทรรศการโลกของอาชีพและการเรียนรู้เสมือนจริง การให้คำปรึกษาแหล่งเงินทุนในการประกอบอาชีพ การให้คำปรึกษาและรับลงทะเบียนผู้สนใจไปทำงานต่างประเทศ และการให้บริการของหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน การจัดแสดงและจำหน่ายสินค้าของผู้รับงานไปทำที่บ้าน และผลิตภัณฑ์ของผู้พิการ รวมทั้งหาไอเดียการทำธุรกิจ Food Truck & Franchise น่าลงทุน โดยมีผู้ให้ความสนใจการจัดงานครั้งนี้ จำนวน 32,586 คน
ทั้งนี้ กระทรวงแรงงาน ขอเชิญชวนคนหางาน นักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชน ที่สนใจหางาน ต้องการพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือ และหาไอเดียในการประกอบอาชีพเสริม มาพบกันในงาน “สร้างงาน และเส้นทางสู่อาชีพ @พัทลุง” ในวันที่ 29 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 ตั้งแต่เวลา 09.00 – 16.00 น. หรือหากไม่สามารถมาร่วมงานในวันนี้ได้ ยังสามารถเข้าร่วมงาน ณ จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ในวันที่ 1-2 มีนาคม 2567 โดยลงทะเบียนสมัครงานเพื่อความสะดวกได้ที่เว็บไซต์กรมการจัดหางาน e-Service.doe.go.th “ไทยมีงานทำ” หากต้องการสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมติดต่อได้ที่ สำนักงานจัดหางานจังหวัดพัทลุง โทร 0 7461 4141 ต่อ 18
On February 29, 2024, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, chaired the opening ceremony of the “Create Jobs and Career Paths @Phatthalung” event. From the Prime Minister’s Secretariat’s Office, performing duties for the Ministry of Labour, Mr. Phuchong Worasri, the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson, Mr. Phumiphat Mueanchan, and the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Pairoj Chotiksetian joined in honour of the event. The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, gave a report. Governor of Phatthalung Province, Mrs. Nisakorn Wisitsarat, Labour Academic Specialist and Acting Government Official at the Phatthalung Employment Office, Mrs. Kanchana Sukmak, and heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Phatthalung Province gave a welcome at the Roithong Resort Hotel, Khuan Khanun District, Phatthalung Province.
The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, reported that Phatthalung Province is a secondary city with outstanding potential as a center connecting the upper and lower southern regions. It is the main route that goes through various provinces and is ready to become a sustainable city in terms of economy, society, and security. The Ministry of Labour’s Department of Employment organized the “Create Jobs and Career Paths @Phatthalung” event to develop the potential of the workforce within the province and nearby areas to become more efficient and to support the growth and competitiveness of every sector in the province. It organized activities to encourage people to find work and to connect people to companies with job vacancies, allowing employers and job seekers to meet. It also provided opportunities for citizens to access government services, career information, and information about the labour market conditions and trends to expand people’s horizons and spark ideas for careers. The activities allow participants to understand the trend of modern careers and support people entering the elderly society in developing their skills and adapting to the labour market appropriately to achieve the employment target of 1 million positions by 2024.
The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, said that there were many interesting activities at the event, such as direct job applications and interviews with 33 employers and companies in Phatthalung Province and nearby provinces. There were 681 job vacancies, such as product sales staff, customer service staff, administrative staff, and technicians. There were recruitment services for special groups of people and searches for job vacancies nationwide from the mobile employment service truck. There were career demonstrations in 6 independent careers, including barista, layered dessert making, bakery, making dried fish curry, printing fabric patterns from leaves, and solar cell system installation. There was an exhibition of further education, guidance for students nearing graduation, career guidance service, career readiness assessments, and English language assessments for job applications, including a world of careers exhibition and virtual learning. There was financial resource advisory, career counseling, and registration for people interested in working abroad. In addition, there were services provided by agencies under the Ministry of Labour, such as the display and sale of products from home workers and products from people with disabilities. There was also an opportunity to find ideas for doing a Food Truck & Franchise business worth investing in. A total of 32,586 people joined the event.
The Ministry of Labour invites job seekers, students, and the general public interested in finding work, wanting to develop their skills, and finding ideas for additional careers to join the “Create Jobs and Career Paths @Phatthalung” event on February 29, 2024, from 9.00 to 16.00 hours. Those unable to attend the event today can still attend it in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province from March 1 to 2, 2024.
