วันที่ 17 มีนาคม 2567 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมพบปะให้กำลังใจแรงงานที่ได้รับการฝึกอาชีพตามโครงการคืนคนดีสู่สังคม ศูนย์ฝึกอาชีพ สร้างงานสร้างรายได้ และให้บริการล้างทำความสะอาดรถยนต์แก่ประชาชนที่มารับบริการ ณ ศูนย์ฝึกอาชีพ สร้างงานสร้างรายได้ เมตตา…พระไพศาลประชาทร วิ. วัดห้วยปลากั้ง อ.เมืองเชียงราย จ.เชียงราย โดยมี นายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน นายสมาสภ์ ปัทมะสุคนธ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน เข้าร่วม ซึ่งเป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน โดยสถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน20 เชียงราย กับวัดห้วยปลากั้ง ที่ได้ฝึกอาชีพให้แก่ผู้ต้องขังที่พ้นโทษ ได้นำความรู้จากการฝึก มาต่อยอดในการประกอบอาชีพ มีงานทำ มีรายได้ และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวว่า ในวันนี้ผมพร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารกระทรวงแรงงานลงพื้นที่เชียงรายมาเยี่ยมพบปะกับแรงงานที่ได้รับการฝึกอาชีพตามโครงการคืนคนดีสู่สังคม ที่ศูนย์ฝึกอาชีพ สร้างงานสร้างรายได้ เมตตา…พระไพศาลประชาทร วิ. ซึ่งที่นี่ให้บริการล้างทำความสะอาดรถยนต์แก่ประชาชนที่มารับบริการคันละ 50 บาท ซึ่งเป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างกระทรวงแรงงานกับวัดห้วยปลากั้ง ที่จะเปิดโอกาสให้แรงงานชั้นดีที่พ้นโทษได้มีงานทำ มีอาชีพ มีรายได้ สามารถประกอบอาชีพหลังจากออกมาสู่สังคม โดยการล้างรถ ฝุ่น โคลน
ซึ่งในส่วนนี้ผมจะนำโมเดลดังกล่าวไปต่อยอดขยายผล พร้อมหารือสถานีบริการน้ำมันเอกชนทั่วประเทศ เพื่อเพิ่มการจ้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ พร้อมสร้างคุณค่าคืนคนดีสู่สังคมต่อไป
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวต่อว่า จากการลงพื้นที่เชียงรายในครั้งนี้ ผมยังพบว่าปัจจุบันเชียงรายยังพบปัญหาฝุ่นควันในปริมาณที่สูง ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของพี่น้องประชาชน ที่สำคัญมีความห่วงใยต่อแรงงานที่ทำงานอยู่ในพื้นที่โดยเฉพาะแรงงานที่ต้องทำงานอยู่ในกลางแจ้ง ผมจึงได้กำชับให้แรงงานจังหวัด ร่วมมือกับอาสาสมัครแรงงาน (อสร.) จังหวัดเชียงราย 124 คน พบปะกับชาวบ้านในพื้นที่เพื่อรณรงค์ให้ชาวบ้านช่วยกันหยุดเผาป่า ป้องกันฝุ่นควันลดปัญหามลพิษทางอากาศ อันเป็นสาเหตุของการเกิดโรคระบบทางเดินหายใจ นอกจากนี้ เพื่อร่วมสร้างทัศนียภาพให้กลับมาสวยงามเพื่อต้อนรับนักท่องเที่ยวอีกด้วย

The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives joined the occasion, together with the Ministry of Labour’s executives. The initiative was a collaboration between the Department of Skill Development, the Chiang Rai Skill Development Institute 20, and Huai Pla Kang Temple, which provides vocational training to inmates who have been released from prison. It provides participants with knowledge from training so that they can continue their careers, have work, earn income, and have a better quality of life.
Mr. Phiphat said that today, he and the Ministry of Labour’s executives visited Chiang Rai to meet with workers receiving vocational training under the project to return good people to society at the Vocational Training Center to Create Work and Generate Income, Metta…Phra Phaisan Pracharat Wi. Temple. This place provides car washing services to people who come to receive the service for 50 Baht per car. The initiative is a collaboration between the Ministry of Labour and Huai Pla Kang Temple. It provides an opportunity for good workers who have been released from prison to have work, a career, and income and be able to pursue a career after coming out into society by washing cars of dust and mud. He said that he would extend the model further and was ready to discuss with private petrol stations throughout the country to increase employment, create careers, and create value for returning good people to society.
Mr. Phiphat continued that in visiting Chiang Rai today, he found that Chiang Rai still has a problem with high levels of dust and smoke, which affects the quality of life of the people. More importantly, there is concern for workers working in the area, especially workers who have to work outdoors. Therefore, he urged provincial workers to collaborate with 124 Labour Volunteers from Chiang Rai Province to meet with villagers in the area to campaign for villagers to help stop forest burning to prevent dust and smoke and reduce air pollution issues, which is the cause of respiratory disease. In addition, it will help preserve the beautiful scenery and welcome tourists as well.
