นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานพิธีปิดการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 29 พร้อมมอบเหรียญรางวัล เกียรติบัตรแก่เยาวชนที่ชนะการแข่งขัน พร้อมก้าวสู่บันไดทีมชาติในเวทีนานาชาติ
วันที่ 24 พฤษภาคม 2566 เวลา 11.00 น. นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานปิดการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 29 ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 5 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน โดยกล่าวว่า ขอแสดงความยินดีกับน้องๆ เยาวชนทุกท่านที่สามารถคว้าเหรียญรางวัลมาครอง ชัยชนะของทุกท่าน แสดงให้เห็นถึงความพร้อมด้านทักษะฝีมือ วินัยการฝึกซ้อม และความมุ่งมั่นวิริยะอุตสาหะในการพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือของตนเหรียญรางวัลที่ได้มีค่ามากเพราะนี่คือใบเบิกทางในการก้าวไปสู่ความสำเร็จในอนาคตของน้องๆ ด้วย ส่วนเยาวชนที่พลาดรางวัลในครั้งนี้ ขอเป็นกำลังใจให้ฝึกซ้อมต่อไป อย่าได้ย่อท้อ เพราะสิ่งได้รับนั้นเป็นสิ่งที่มีค่า และยิ่งใหญ่มาก นั่นคือ ประสบการณ์และการเก็บตัวฝึกซ้อมในการพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือ ซึ่งสามารถนำไปปรับใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อวิชาชีพและการทำงานทั้งในปัจจุบันและอนาคตได้ และการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ยังมีส่วนสำคัญในการพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือแรงงานให้ได้มาตรฐานสากลเป็นที่ยอมรับของตลาดแรงงานทั้งในและต่างประเทศอีกด้วย
นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ กล่าวต่อไปว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ได้จัดการแข่งขันขึ้นเพื่อเป็นเวทีในการคัดเลือกเป็นตัวแทนทีมชาติไทย เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานอาเซียน ครั้งที่ 13 ณ สาธารณรัฐสิงคโปร์ และการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานเอเชีย ครั้งที่ 2 ณ สหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์ รวมถึงการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานนานาชาติ ครั้งที่ 47 ณ สาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส สำหรับเยาวชนที่ชนะการแข่งขันแต่ละประเภทจะได้รับเงินรางวัล เหรียญรางวัล และเกียรติบัตร แบ่งเป็น ประเภทบุคคล เหรียญทองได้รับเงินรางวัล 30,000 บาท เหรียญเงิน 15,000 บาท และเหรียญทองแดง 10,000 บาท และรางวัลชมเชย 5,000 บาท ส่วนประเภททีม ทีมละ 2 คน เหรียญทองได้รับเงินรางวัล 60,000 บาท เหรียญเงิน 30,000 บาท และเหรียญทองแดง 20,000 บาท และรางวัลชมเชย 10,000 บาท ทั้งนี้เยาวชนที่ได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศอันดับ 1 และ 2 จะมีโอกาสเก็บตัวฝึกซ้อมคัดเลือกเข้าสู่การแข่งขันดังกล่าวต่อไป
“การแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ถือว่าเป็นเวทีระดับต้นๆ เท่านั้น และประสบความสำเร็จในระดับหนึ่ง เป็นการเริ่มต้นชีวิตที่มั่นคงในหน้าที่การงงานในอนาคต เพราะการันตีทักษะฝีมืออยู่แล้ว แต่เราจะต้องไม่หยุดพัฒนา ต้องเรียนรู้อยู่ตลอดเวลา เพราะโลกในปัจจุบันมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ตลอดเวลา จะต้องปรับตัวให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยเฉพาะเทคโนโลยี ซึ่งเชื่อว่าผู้ที่ผ่านเวทีนี้จะได้รับรางวัลหรือไม่ได้รางวัล จะกลายเป็นแรงงานที่มีคุณภาพของประเทศต่อไป” ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าว
นายภูวนาท ยี่วันฉาย (อายุ 18 ปี) เยาวชนที่ได้รับเหรียญทองสาขาเครื่องจักรกล CNC (เครื่องกลึง) เล่าว่า ในการแข่งขันตนเองรู้สึกตื่นเต้น เนื่องจากโจทย์มีความยาก มีการทำโปรแกรมใน 3 ชั่วโมงแรก มีการขึ้นรูปชิ้นงาน และเข้าเครื่องจักร ตนเองพยายามทำเต็มที่ตามที่ได้ฝึกซ้อมมา เมื่อทราบว่าชนะการแข่งขันรู้สึกยินดีอย่างมาก เพราะรางวัลนี้เป็นใบเบิกทางในเรื่องทักษะฝีมือ เป็นการต่อยอดติดทีมชาติไทยสู่เวทีการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานนานาชาติ ซึ่งเป็นความฝันสูงสุด เวลาต่อจากนี้คือต้องเก็บตัวฝึกฝนอย่างหนัก เพื่อเตรียมตัวไปแข่งในสนามต่อไป ขอขอบคุณกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ที่จัดเวทีให้ได้ประลองฝีมือ และบริษัท เด็นโซ่ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล เอเชีย จำกัด ที่ให้โอกาสผมมาแข่งขัน ผมจะพยายามทำให้เต็มที่และคว้ารางวัลให้กับประเทศไทยครับ
The Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, assigned the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, to preside over the closing ceremony of the 29th National Skills Competition with medals and certificate for competition winners, ready to step up to the national team ladder on the international stage.
On May 24, 2023, at 11.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, assigned the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, to preside over the closing ceremony of the 29th National Skills Competition. The occasion took place in the meeting room on the 5th floor of the Ministry of Labour. He congratulated all young participants who were victorious in winning medals, demonstrating their readiness for skills and craftsmanship training, discipline, and the determination of perseverance in the development of their skills. The medals and awards are valuable as it is the way to advance the future of the children. For participants who missed the awards, the Permanent Secretary of Labour encouraged them to continue training and not be discouraged, as the experience and the practice to develop the skills can be adapted to benefit them and their profession, both now and in the future. Competition also plays an important role in skill development to meet international standards and is accepted by both domestic and international labour markets.
Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong continued that the Ministry of Labour’s Department of Skill Development organized the competition as a stage for selecting representatives of the Thai national team to participate in the 13th ASEAN Skills Competition in Singapore, the 2nd Asian Skills Competition in the United Arab Emirates, and the 47th International Skills Competition in France. Competitors winning in each category will receive prizes, medals, and certificates. In the individual categories, gold medalists will receive 30,000 Baht, silver medalists will receive 15,000 Baht, bronze medalists will receive 10,000 Baht, and consolation prizes will be 5,000 Baht. In the team category of two people, gold medalists will receive 60,000 Baht, silver medalists will receive 30,000 Baht, bronze medalists will receive 20,000 Baht and consolation prizes will be 10,000 Baht. The youths who came in first and second place will have the opportunity to keep practicing to qualify for the competition.
“This competition is only considered an early stage and has been successful at some level. It is the start of stability in the future, as the skills are already guaranteed. But we must not stop developing and continue learning all the time. Today’s world constantly changes, and we must adapt to keep up with the changes, especially technology. Whether they receive an award or not, participants today will become quality workers of the country in the future,” said the Permanent Secretary of Labour.
Mr. Puwanat Yiwanchai (18 years old), a gold medalist in the CNC (lathe) machine category, said he was excited about the competition because the assignment was challenging. They had to create a program in the first three hours, form a workpiece, and enter the machine. He said he tried his best as he had practiced. When he heard that he won the competition, he was very happy. This award is a showcase for skilled craftsmanship. It extends the Thai national team to the international skill competition arena, the highest dream. The next phase will be to continue training for the next competition. He thanked the Department of Skill Development for providing the platform to compete and DENSO International Asia Co., Ltd. for the opportunity to compete. He said that he would go on to try his best and win the award for Thailand.
