วันอาทิตย์ที่ 10 กันยายน 2566 เวลา 12.00 น. นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงานครบรอบ 45 ปี แห่งการก่อตั้งสหภาพแรงงานเด็นโซ่ ประเทศไทย พร้อมด้วย นายนิยม สองแก้ว อธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน โดยมี นายฮิโรมิจิ โมริตะ กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท เด็นโซ่ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารบริษัทบริษัท เด็นโซ่ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ให้การต้อนรับ ณ ห้องประชุมแสนสุข แกรนด์ฮอลล์ โรงแรมบางแสน เฮอริเทจ จังหวัดชลบุรี
นายวรรณรัตน์ กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงานโดยการนำของ นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ท่านได้ฝากแสดงความยินดี และชื่นชมสหภาพแรงงานเด็นโซ่ ประเทศไทย และสมาชิกฯ ที่ได้ก่อตั้งมาถึง 45 ปี ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีสมาชิกสหภาพฯ รวม 3,070 คน อันแสดงให้เห็นถึงความรัก ความสามัคคี ที่ยั่งยืนมาอย่างยาวนาน เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีของการจัดตั้งสหภาพฯ ที่ทำหน้าที่คุ้มครองสิทธิของลูกจ้าง และสร้างแรงงานสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างนายจ้าง ลูกจ้างบนถือฐานของการมีส่วนร่วม และที่ผ่านมาไม่เคยมีการใช้มาตรการการปิดงาน การนัดหยุดงาน ถือเป็นผลสำเร็จที่นายจ้าง ลูกจ้าง ได้พัฒนาและเติบโตมาด้วยกัน ส่งผลให้แนวคิด วัฒนธรรมขององค์กร ส่งต่อกันไปเป็นครอบครัวที่มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี พร้อมทั้งขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของประเทศต่อไปอย่างยั่งยืน
เนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 45 ปี แห่งการก่อตั้งสหภาพแรงงานเด็นโซ่ ประเทศไทย การแสดงบทบาทกลไกของสหภาพแรงงาน ที่ใช้ระบบแรงงานสัมพันธ์แบบทวิภาคีได้ประสบผลสำเร็จ โดยพื้นฐานด้วยความสุจริตใจ จริงใจซึ่งกันและกันระหว่างลูกจ้าง นายจ้าง การที่สหภาพฯ มีระบบแรงงานสัมพันธ์ที่ดี จากอดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน จะเป็นทั้งกลไกและบทเรียนสำคัญ อีกทั้งยังเป็นภาพสะท้อนให้ทุกท่าน ได้ตระหนักร่วมกันว่า สามารถสร้างอนาคตที่พึงประสงค์ และมีคุณค่าร่วมกันได้ด้วยมิตรภาพอันงดงาม มีความเอื้ออาทร บนพื้นฐานด้วยความสุจริตใจ โดยมีเป้าหมายที่จะเติบโตและพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนไปพร้อมกัน นายวรรณรัตน์ กล่าวท้ายสุด
On September 10, 2023, at 12.00 hours, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, presided over the opening ceremony of the 45th anniversary of the founding of the DENSO Thailand Labour Union, together with the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Director-General, Mr. Niyom Songkaew. The President of DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Mr. Hiromichi Morita, along with the executive team of DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd., gave a welcome at the Sansuk Meeting Room, Grand Hall, Bang Saen Heritage Hotel, Chonburi Province.
Mr. Wannarat said that the Ministry of Labour, under the leadership of the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, shared his congratulations. He also commended the DENSO Thailand Labour Union and its members, which has been established for 45 years. Currently, there are a total of 3,070 union members, which demonstrates the love and unity that has been sustained for a long time. It is a good example of organizing a union to protect the rights of employees, creating good labour relations between employers and employees based on participation. In the past, there have never been measures to close operations or for strikes. It is considered a success that the employer and employees have developed and grown together, resulting in the thorough process and corporate culture as a family, providing employees with a good quality of life, and driving the country’s economy forward sustainably.
On the DENSO Thailand Labour Union’s 45th anniversary, it showcased the role of the labour union mechanism and the successful use of a bilateral labour relations system. It is based on honesty and sincerity between employees and the employer. The union has had a good labour relations system from the past to the present. It has been a mechanism, an important lesson, and a reflection for everyone to realize that together, they can create a desired future and have shared value through friendship with generosity and honesty. The goal is to grow and develop sustainably together, Mr. Wannarat said in closing.
