วันที่ 5 เมษายน 2566 นางเธียรรัตน์ นะวะมะวัฒน์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน (ฝ่ายการเมือง) พร้อมด้วย นางสาวกรจิรัฏฐ์ พงจันทร์ศธร ผู้ช่วยปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน เยี่ยมชมโครงการพัฒนาทักษะในการประกอบอาชีพ และออกหน่วยบริการด้านแรงงานตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริ ในสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 โดยมี พ.ต.อ.วุทธยา สิงห์กิ้ง ผกก.ตชด.23 พ.ต.ต.กำจัด ผาใต้ ครูใหญ่โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนค็อกนิสไทยฯ และหัวหน้าส่วนราชการหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดสกลนคร ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนค็อกนิสไทย เฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 100 ปี วันคล้ายวันพระราชสมภพสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี หมู่ที่ 9 ตำบลแมดนาท่ม อำเภอโคกศรีสุพรรณ จังหวัดสกลนคร
นางเธียรรัตน์ กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการดำเนินงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริฯ เพื่อให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มได้มีอาชีพ มีงานทำ และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี โดยหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานบูรณาการทำงานร่วมกันในการนำบริการด้านแรงงานมาให้บริการในจังหวัดที่มีโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในพื้นที่ จำนวน 40 จังหวัด ขณะนี้ดำเนินการแล้ว 19 จังหวัด ในส่วนของจังหวัดสกลนครในวันนี้ มีสำนักงานแรงงานจังหวัด สาธิตการประกอบอาชีพทำขนมข้าวแต๋น การให้บริการด้านแรงงาน ให้คำปรึกษาการขอรับสิทธิประโยชน์แรงงานไทยไปทำงานต่างประเทศ สำนักงานจัดหางานจังหวัด สาธิตการประกอบอาชีพอิสระผลิตภัณฑ์จากผ้าย้อมคราม การให้บริการแนะแนวอาชีพ การให้บริการจัดหางาน สำนักงานพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน สาธิตการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์จากนวัตกรรมตู้อบแห้ง พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ระบบไฮบริด ผลิตภัณฑ์จากกลุ่มทอผ้าฝ้ายย้อมครามบ้านเชิงดอย สาธิตการประกอบอาชีพช่างตัดผมและการให้บริการเปลี่ยนถ่ายน้ำมันเครื่องรถจักรยานยนต์ ซึ่งหลักสูตรที่คัดเลือกนำมาฝึกอบรมนั้นเป็นความต้องการของคนในพื้นที่ เพราะเป็นหลักสูตรที่ใช้เวลาการฝึกไม่นาน ฝึกจบแล้วสามารถประกอบอาชีพได้ทันที อีกทั้ง มีวัตถุดิบอยู่ในท้องถิ่น นอกจากการสอนทักษะฝีมือแล้ว ยังมีการสอนให้คิดต้นทุน การหาตลาดด้วย สำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานจังหวัด ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำกฎหมายแก่แรงงานนอกระบบ โครงการแรงงานพันธุ์ดี ตามวิถีเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และสำนักงานประกันสังคมจังหวัด ให้บริการตรวจสุขภาพเบื้องต้นจากโรงพยาบาลสกลนคร การรับสมัครและชำระเงินสมทบผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 40 และมอบของรางวัล แจกไอศกรีมแก่เด็กนักเรียนด้วย
โอกาสเดียวกันนี้ นางเธียรรัตน์ และคณะ ยังได้ร่วมส่งมอบพื้นที่ปูกระเบื้องซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ประกอบอาหารของโรงเรียนจากผลสัมฤทธิ์การฝึกอบรม พร้อมมอบอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน เครื่องอุปโภคบริโภคอุปกรณ์กีฬา และสิ่งของอื่น ๆ จากหน่วยงานสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และเครือข่ายด้านแรงงานจังหวัดสกลนครให้แก่โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนอีกด้วย
ด้าน พ.ต.ต.กำจัด ผาใต้ ครูใหญ่โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนค็อกนิสไทยฯ กล่าวว่า สำหรับโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนค็อกนิสไทยฯ ปัจจุบันมีนักเรียน 242 คน ชาย 112 คน หญิง 130 คน เปิดสอนตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นอนุบาลถึงระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในวันนี้ขอขอบคุณกระทรวงแรงงานที่ได้นำโครงการฝึกอาชีพ และนำบริการด้านแรงงานตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริฯ มาให้บริการกับตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในชุมชนถึงที่ ซึ่งโครงการนี้เป็นโครงการที่ดีทำให้ตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในชุมชนได้พัฒนาและเพิ่มทักษะของตนเอง อีกทั้งยังสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้จากการฝึกอบรมไปต่อยอดในการประกอบอาชีพได้อีกทางหนึ่งด้วย

On April 5, 2023, the Spokesperson for the Ministry of Labour (on politics), Mrs. Thienrat Nawamawat, the Assistant Permanent Secretary of Labour, Ms. Kornjirat Pongchansathorn, and the Ministry of Labour’s senior executives visited the occupational skills development project and labour service units under royal initiative projects by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for the 2023 fiscal year. The Superintendent of Border Patrol Police 23, Pol. Col. Wutthaya Singhing, Principal of Cognis Thai Border Patrol Police School, and heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Sakon Nakhon Province gave a welcome at the Cognis Thai Border Patrol Police School in celebration of the 100th birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra, Moo 9, Mad Na Thom Subdistrict, Khok Si Suphan District, Sakon Nakhon Province.
Mrs. Thienrat said that the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin gives importance to this project, a royal initiative so that all groups of people can have a career, a job, and a good quality of life. The agencies under the Ministry of Labour have worked together to provide services in the province where there are border patrol police schools in 40 provinces; it has already operated in 19. Sakon Nakhon Province has the Provincial Labour Office conducting training courses on making rice crackers, providing labour services, and advising on applying for Thai workers’ benefits to work abroad. The Provincial Employment Office offered demonstrations on self-employment occupations making indigo-dyed fabric products, career guidance services, and employment services. The Skill Development Office offered demonstrations of product processing from drying cabinet innovation, and a hybrid solar system, showcased products from the Ban Choeng Doi indigo-dyed cotton weaving group, demonstrations in professional barbers, and motorcycle oil change service. The selected courses for a training meet the needs of the local people. They are courses that do not take long to practice. After completing the training, participants can apply them to work immediately. There are also local raw materials. In addition to teaching skills, there are lessons on calculating the cost and finding a market. The Provincial Labor Protection and Welfare Office provided legal advice to informal workers under the Good Labour Project following the sufficiency economy. The Provincial Social Security Office provided initial health check-up services from the Sakon Nakhon Hospital. They also took applications and payment of contributions for insured persons under Section 40, awarded prizes, and gave out ice cream to the students.
During the event, Mrs. Thienrat and her team handed over the school’s cooking area, which was an achievement of their training, along with teaching equipment, consumer goods, and sports equipment from affiliated agencies. Additionally, in collaboration with government agencies, the private sector, and the labor network of Sakon Nakhon Province, the Ministry of Labor also provided equipment to the border patrol police schools.
The principal of Cognis Thai Border Patrol Police School said the Cognis Thai Border Patrol Police School has 242 students comprising 112 males and 130 females, from kindergarten to grade 6. Today, he thanked the Ministry of Labour for bringing the occupational training programs and labour services under the royal initiative to provide services to the border patrol police and villagers in the community. The project is a good project that allows border patrol police and villagers to develop and increase their skills. They can also use the knowledge gained from the training to further expand their career path.
