The Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General commenced a course on training labour executives to become visionary leaders, with high performance and capabilities to drive the organization’s strategy to success.
Today (June 17, 2019) at 09.00 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary Pol.Maj. Romayong Surakitbunharn assigned the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General Mr. Apinya Sucharitanan presided over the opening ceremony of the training course for labour executives at Jompol P. Pibulsongkram Meeting Room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. The ministry’s Inspector-General said “The training course on “Labour Management” is an essential course of the Ministry of Labour. Its objectives are to create executives to become visionary leaders with high performance and capabilities, ready to manage and able to drive the organization’s strategy and develop the organization to success. The course is also a platform to create a network and promote collaboration between all departments. Therefore, I ask that all of you who have received training here to apply the knowledge that has been transferred from the speakers to use in your work and become a new leader that is ready for every situation, responsible for more missions and strengthen relationships, unity and cooperation between each other. I encourage you to exchange knowledge, ideas, and experiences with each other, which will benefit good coordination among our agencies.
“In addition to the academic knowledge received from the faculty of speakers, the course also provides a study visit about the success factors of team leaders in creating or developing work/projects to success at the Khun Mon Learning Center of Thai Wisdom, Bo Phloi, Kanchanaburi. Everyone will take their knowledge and experiences, to use, benefit and create serious results in performing more duties.”
The training starts today and will continue until June 26, 2019. The total duration of the program is 10 days, 71 hours. The trainees are civil servants at the specialist level from all departments under the Ministry of Labour and the Office of the Prime Minister, totaling 50 people.
