วันที่ 27 มีนาคม 2567 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมกิจกรรมของหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ตามโครงการกระทรวงแรงงานพบประชาชนจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ในงานประเพณีแห่ผ้าห่มธาตุน้อย บูชาพ่อท่านคล้ายวาจาสิทธิ์ ประจำปี 2567 โดยมี นายภุชงค์ วรศรี ประจำสำนักเลขาธิการนายกรัฐมนตรี ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมเป็นเกียรติ นายธนเสฏฐ์ กิตติวิมลชัย นายกเทศมนตรีเทศบาลตำบลจันดี กล่าวรายงาน หัวหน้าส่วนราชการหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน อาสาสมัครแรงงาน แรงงานอิสระ และชาวบ้านในพื้นที่ ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ วัดธาตุน้อย เจดีย์พ่อท่านคล้ายวาจาสิทธิ์ ต.หลักช้าง อ.ช้างกลาง จ.นครศรีธรรมราช
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวว่า พิธีกวนข้าวมธุปายาส งานประเพณีแห่ผ้าห่มธาตุน้อย บูชาพ่อท่านคล้ายวาจาสิทธิ์ ประจำปี 2567 ที่จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชเป็นการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงศิลปวัฒนธรรม อันแสดงถึงพลังแห่งศรัทธาที่ยิ่งใหญ่ของพุทธศาสนิกชน และในวันนี้นอกจากได้มาร่วมงานบุญประเพณีแล้ว กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยหน่วยงานสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ได้นำบริการด้านแรงงานมาให้บริการแก่พี่น้องประชาชนในพื้นที่ เช่น การแสดงผลิตภัณฑ์ของกลุ่มแรงงานนอกระบบตามโครงการแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนด้านอาชีพและส่งเสริมการมีงานทำ ลงทะเบียนรับสมัครงาน การสาธิตการฝึกติดตั้งระบบโซล่าเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ การให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน นิทรรศการความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน การรับสมัครผู้ประกันตนรับชำระเงินสมทบประกันสังคมตามมาตรา 40 และเยี่ยมชมผลิตภัณฑ์ศิลปหัตถกรรม OTOP ของกลุ่มชาวบ้านอำเภอพิปูน
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า ในส่วนของพี่น้องแรงงานอิสระที่ต้องการรวมกลุ่มกันในการประกอบอาชีพอิสระ แต่ยังไม่มีเงินทุนสำหรับซื้อเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็น กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยกรมการจัดหางาน เรามีกองทุนเพื่อผู้รับงานไปทำที่บ้าน ที่สนับสนุนให้แรงงานอิสระได้สามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนถูกกฎหมายดอกเบี้ยต่ำ โดยผู้รับงานไปทำที่บ้านรายบุคคลยื่นคำขอกู้ไม่เกิน 50,000 บาท รายกลุ่มบุคคลกู้ไม่เกิน 300,000 บาท ในอัตราดอกเบี้ย 0% นาน 24 เดือน กำหนดระยะเวลายื่นคำขอกู้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้ถึง 30 เมษายน 2567 ซึ่งเป็น 1 ในของขวัญปีใหม่ปี 2567 ของกระทรวงแรงงาน ทั้งนี้ ผู้สนใจติดต่อได้ที่สำนักงานจัดหางานจังหวัดทุกจังหวัดทั่วประเทศ หรือโทร.สายด่วนกระทรวงแรงงาน 1506 กด 2 กรมการจัดหางาน
จากนั้นในช่วงบ่าย นายพิพัฒน์ และคณะ ยังได้เยี่ยมชมกระบวนการเลี้ยงผึ้งโพรง ชมผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้จากผึ้งโพรง เช่น น้ำผึ้ง สบู่น้ำผึ้ง แชมพูน้ำผึ้ง ครีมนวดผมน้ำผึ้ง และยาหม่องไขผึ้งผสมสมุนไพร เป็นต้น โดยมีนางสุภาพร ศรีเพิ่ม ประธานกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนเลี้ยงผึ้งโพรงไทย บรรยายสรุปขั้นตอนการเลี้ยงผึ้งโพรง ผู้นำชุมชน และสมาชิกกลุ่มร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน “เลี้ยงผึ้งโพรงไทย” ต.หลักช้าง อ.ช้างกลาง จ.นครศรีธรรมราช ซึ่งกลุ่มนี้ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จนทำให้สามารถสร้างรายได้ให้ครัวเรือน ประมาณ 2 ล้านบาทต่อปี

The heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour, labour volunteers, independent workers and villagers in the area joined in giving a welcome at Wat That Noi, Pho Than Klai Wajasit Chedi, Lak Chang Subdistrict, Chang Klang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
Mr. Phiphat said that the Madhupayas rice stirring ceremony and traditional blanket parade worshiping the “Father Than Klai Wajasit” for 2024 in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province is a promotion of arts and culture tourism, which shows the great power of the Buddhist faith. In addition to joining the traditional merit-making ceremony, the Ministry of Labour by its affiliated agencies in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, provided labour services to serve the people in the area, such as displaying products by informal sector workers under the project to solve occupational issues and promote employment. There were booths to apply for a job, demonstrations of training in installing solar cell systems, labour law consultation, an occupational safety exhibition, recruitment of insured persons to receive social security contributions under Section 40, and a visit to OTOP handicraft products of the villagers of Phipun District.
Mr. Phiphat added that for independent workers who want to join together to work independently but still lack funds to buy the necessary tools and equipment, the Ministry of Labour’s Department of Employment has a fund for those who take work to do at home. The fund supports independent workers in having access to legal capital with low interest. Individual home workers can apply for a loan of no more than 50,000 Baht. A group of individuals can borrow no more than 300,000 Baht at an interest rate of 0% for 24 months. Those who are interested can submit loan applications from now until April 30, 2024. It is one of the New Year’s gifts in 2024 from the Ministry of Labour. Interested persons can contact the Provincial Employment Offices in every province nationwide or call the Ministry of Labour’s hotline on 1506, press 2 for the Department of Employment.
In the afternoon, Mr. Phiphat and the group visited the beekeeping process to see products obtained from bees, such as honey, honey soap, honey shampoo, honey hair conditioner, and beeswax balm mixed with herbs. The President of the Thai Beekeeping Community Enterprise Group, Mrs. Supaporn Sriperm, gave a brief on the process of raising hollow bees. Community leaders and group members welcomed them at the “Raising Thai Hollow Bees” community enterprise group, Lak Chang Subdistrict, Chang Klang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. This group received support from agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, enabling them to generate income of approximately 2 million Baht per year.
