On October 3, 2023, at 18.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn joined in giving congratulations on the National Day of the Republic of Korea, and the occasion of the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and South Korea. He was welcomed by Mr. Jeong Han, Hahm, Charge d’Affaires, Acting Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Thailand, at ICONSIAM, Bangkok.
