วันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2566 เวลา 11.00 น. นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วย นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายบุญสงค์ ทัพชัยยุทธ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานประกันสังคม คณะผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยม เพื่อพูดคุยให้กำลังใจรวมถึงนำสิ่งของเครื่องอุปโภคและบริโภค ตลอดจนสิ่งของเครื่องใช้ต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นมามอบให้กับผู้ประกันตนที่ทุพพลภาพซึ่งอยู่ในความดูแลของสำนักงานประกันสังคมจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 2 ราย รายแรก นายเสกสรรค์ มานรัมย์ อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 99 หมู่ที่ 17 บ้านชุมทอง ตำบลชุมเห็ด อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เป็นผู้ทุพพลภาพกองทุนเงินทดแทน สาเหตุของการทุพพลภาพ ขณะปีนขึ้นไปซ่อมไฟฟ้า ถูกไฟฟ้าแรงสูงช็อตขณะทำงาน มีแผลไฟไหม้บริเวณร่างกาย แขนและขาข้างขวาถูกตัด ปัจจุบันต้องใช้รถวีลล์แชร์ในการเดินทาง ช่วยเหลือตนเองได้เล็กน้อย สูญเสียสมรรถภาพในการทำงานของร่างกายร้อยละ 50 และรายที่ 2 นายกุม โกรัมย์ อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 23 หมู่ที่ 17 ตำบลกระสัง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เป็นผู้ทุพพลภาพกองทุนประกันสังคม ผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 สาเหตุของการทุพพลภาพ เส้นเลือดในสมองแตก เป็นเหตุให้แขนและขาขวาอ่อนแรง สูญเสียการทำงานของร่างกายซีกขวา เดินลำบาก ต้องใช้ไม้เท้า หูไม่ค่อยได้ยิน การสูญเสียสมรรถภาพในการทำงานของร่างกาย ร้อยละ 50
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยสำนักงานประกันสังคม พร้อมดูแลผู้ประกันตนทุกคนให้มีหลักประกันความมั่นคงและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี เพราะผู้ประกันตนทุกคนคือครอบครัวประกันสังคม
On December 1, 2023, at 11.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, the Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, the Social Security Office’s Secretary-General, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives paid a visit to speak to, encourage, and give consumer items, including appliances, and necessary goods to two disabled insured persons under the care of the Social Security Office in Buriram Province. The first person, Mr. Seksan Manram, was at house number 99, Moo 17, Ban Chum Thong, Chum Het Subdistrict, Mueang District, Buriram Province. He is a disabled person under the Compensation Fund. His disability was caused when he climbed up a ladder for electricity repair. He was shocked by a high voltage while working. There were burns on his body, and his right arm and leg were amputated. Currently, he requires a wheelchair to move and has limited ability to help himself. He lost 50 percent of his body’s functionality. The second case was Mr. Kum Koram, at house number 23, Moo 17, Krasang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Buriram Province. He is a disabled person under the Social Security Fund, Section 33. His disability was caused by a cerebral hemorrhage, resulting in weakness in his right arm and leg. He lost functioning on the right side of his body and has difficulty walking. He requires the use of a cane, and his ears can’t hear well. He lost 50 percent of his body’s functionality.
Mr. Phiphat said that the Ministry of Labour’s Social Security Office is ready to take care of all insured persons to have security guarantees and a good quality of life, as every insured person is a part of the Social Security family.
