วันที่ 13 กันยายน 2566 เวลา 10.00 น. นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน รับมอบรางวัลสุดยอดหน่วยงานภาครัฐระดับกระทรวง ด้านการอำนวยความสะดวกภาคธุรกิจ รางวัล “สำเภา – นาวาทอง”ประจำปี 2566 พร้อมด้วยนายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน ร่วมรับมอบรางวัลสุดยอดหน่วยงานภาครัฐระดับกรม โดยมี ดร.สุเมธ ตันติเวชกุล กรรมการและเลขาธิการ มูลนิชัยพัฒนา เป็นประธานการมอบรางวัล ณ หอประชุม ชั้น 7 อาคาร 23 มหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้าไทย ถนนวิภาวดี เขตดินแดง กรุงเทพมหานคร
สำหรับการมอบรางวัลสุดยอดหน่วยงานภาครัฐด้านการอำนวยความสะดวกภาคธุรกิจ รางวัล “สำเภา – นาวาทอง”ประจำปี 2566 ในครั้งนี้ จัดขึ้นโดยหอการค้าไทยและสภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อคัดเลือกส่วนราชการที่ปรับปรุงกระบวนงานและลดอุปสรรคในการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างเห็นผลเพื่อรับรางวัล เชิดชูเกียรติและประชาสัมพันธ์หน่วยงานที่ได้รับรางวัล และสร้างความร่วมมือและกระบวนการปรับปรุงแก้ไขกฎหมายกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยโล่รางวัลแบ่งเป็นรางวัลหน่วยงานระดับกระทรวง รางวัลหน่วยงานระดับกรม รางวัลหน่วยงานเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนงาน(สำนัก/กอง) และรางวัลระดับภูมิภาค
ทั้งนี้กระทรวงแรงงานมีหน่วยงานในสังกัด 2 หน่วยงาน ร่วมรับมอบรางวัลสุดยอดหน่วยงานภาครัฐระดับภูมิภาคได้แก่ กรมการจัดหางาน และสำนักงานประกันสังคม รายชื่อผู้รับมอบดังนี้ นางธนพร สุวรรณโณ จัดหางานจังหวัดนครนายก และนางสาวนฤมล บุญมี ประกันสังคมจังหวัดนครปฐม ร่วมรับมอบ
ในส่วนของกระทรวงแรงงานคณะกรรมการตัดสินรางวัลฯ มีมติมอบรางวัลหน่วยงานระดับกระทรวงให้กระทรวงแรงงาน ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่ได้ดำเนินการปลดล็อคกฎหมาย ระเบียบ ช่วยลดปัญหาอุปสรรคและอำนวยความสะดวกการดำเนินภาคธุรกิจจนเห็นผลเป็นรูปธรรม ซึ่งรางวัลดังกล่าวถือเป็นการให้กำลังใจและเชิดชูหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่ช่วยลดอุปสรรคในการดำเนินธุรกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
On September 13, 2023, at 10.00 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, received the award for best government agency at the ministry level In facilitating the business sector, the “Sampao – Navathong” award for 2023. The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Pairoj Chotiksetian, also received the award for the best government agency at the department level. Dr. Sumet Tantivejkul, committee member and Secretary-General of the Nichai Phatthana Foundation, chaired the award presentation at the auditorium on the 7th floor, Building 23, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Vibhavadi Road, Din Daeng District, Bangkok.
The best government agency award for facilitating the business sector, the “Sampao – Navathong” award for 2023, was organized by the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand. It selects and awards government agencies that have improved procedures and reduced obstacles to doing business effectively, honouring agencies that receive awards. It creates cooperation and a process for improving and amending laws with relevant agencies. The award plaques are divided into awards for ministry-level agencies, department-level agencies, agencies for increasing process efficiency (bureaus/divisions), and regional awards.
The Ministry of Labour has two affiliated agencies that received awards for the best regional government agency: the Department of Employment and the Social Security Office. The award recipients included Mrs. Thanaporn Suwanno from the Nakhon Nayok Provincial Employment Office and Ms. Narumon Bunmee from the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Social Security Office.
As for the Ministry of Labour, the award committee has a resolution to award ministry-level agencies to the Ministry of Labour. This government agency has taken steps to unlock laws and regulations, help reduce obstacles, and facilitate business operations until tangible results are seen. This award is considered to encourage and honour government agencies that effectively reduce obstacles to doing business.
