กระทรวงแรงงาน ซ้อมดับเพลิงและอพยพหนีไฟโดยจำลองสถานการณ์จริง ประจำปี 2566 มุ่งสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัย การอพยพคนและการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยหากเกิดเหตุเพลิงไหม้ พร้อมย้ำให้สถานประกอบกิจการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายความปลอดภัย
วันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2566 นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เปิดเผยว่า กระทรวงแรงงานให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน โดยเฉพาะในสถานประกอบกิจการที่มีอาคารสูง อาคารขนาดใหญ่ และมีคนทำงานจำนวนมาก หากไม่มีการเตรียมการที่ดีเมื่อเกิดเหตุเพลิงไหม้ขึ้นย่อมนำมาซึ่งความสูญเสียมากมายทั้งต่อทั้งชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน การป้องกันมิให้เกิดเหตุสามารถทำได้ด้วยการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายทั้งในเรื่องของการประเมินความเสี่ยง การตรวจสอบซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ การฝึกซ้อมดับเพลิงและอพยพหนีไฟอย่างสม่ำเสมอ กระทรวงแรงงาน เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญในเรื่องดังกล่าว อีกทั้งเป็นการปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัติความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน พ.ศ. 2554 จึงได้จัดให้มีการฝึกซ้อมดับเพลิงและอพยพหนีไฟขึ้น โดยการจำลองสถานการณ์จริงเป็นประจำทุกปี เพื่อสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัย การช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัย และการฝึกซ้อมหนีไฟให้แก่ข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ของกระทรวงแรงงาน รวมทั้งประชาชนผู้ที่มาติดต่อราชการ ตลอดจนเป็นแบบอย่างให้กับสถานประกอบกิจการ รัฐวิสาหกิจ สถานศึกษา และหน่วยงานราชการอื่น ๆ ด้วย
ด้าน นายนิยม สองแก้ว อธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า พระราชบัญญัติความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน พ.ศ. 2554 ได้กำหนดให้นายจ้างจัดให้ลูกจ้างทุกคน ฝึกซ้อมดับเพลิงและฝึกซ้อมอพยพหนีไฟพร้อมกัน อย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้ง จึงขอให้สถานประกอบกิจการและหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ดำเนินการอย่างสม่ำเสมอป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดเหตุและลดความเสียหายและความสูญเสียหากเกิดเหตุได้ สถานประกอบกิจการหรือหน่วยงานใดมีข้อสงสัยสามารถสอบถามได้ที่ สำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานจังหวัดทุกจังหวัด และสำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานกรุงเทพมหานครพื้นที่ 1 – 10 หรือกองความปลอดภัยแรงงาน กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน ส่วนแยกตลิ่งชัน โทรศัพท์ 0 2448 9128 – 39 สำหรับหน่วยงานราชการทั้งในส่วนกลาง ส่วนภูมิภาค และส่วนท้องถิ่น ขอให้นำแนวทางการดำเนินการดังกล่าวไปใช้ในการกำหนดมาตรฐานในการบริหารและการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยในหน่วยงานตนเอง ทั้งนี้ เพื่อความปลอดภัยของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานและผู้ที่มาติดต่อราชการ ซึ่งจะเป็นการขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย Safety Thailand ต่อไป
The Ministry of Labour had its fire evacuation drill for 2023, simulating real-life situations. The exercise aims to create knowledge and understanding about fire prevention and suppression, evacuation, and assistance to victims in the event of a fire. It also emphasized that business establishments comply with safety laws.

Suttamanaswong reported that the Ministry of Labour emphasizes workplace safety, especially in business establishments situated in tall and large buildings, with many occupants working inside. Without good preparation, a fire could lead to many losses to both life and property. Incident prevention can be done by complying with the law regarding risk assessment, equipment repair, inspections, and regular firefighting and evacuation drills. The Ministry of Labour recognizes the importance of such matters. In addition, it complies with the Occupational Safety, Health, and Work Environment Act B.E. 2554, simulating real-life situations annually to create knowledge and understanding of fire prevention and suppression, helping the victims, and fire drills for civil servants officials under the Ministry of Labour, including people who come to contact them. It is also a role model for business establishments, state enterprises, educational institutes, and government agencies.
The Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Director-General, Mr. Niyom Songkaew, added that the Occupational Safety, Health, and Work Environment Act B.E. 2554 requires employers to arrange for all employees to practice fire fighting and fire evacuation drills at the same time, at least once a year. Therefore, he requested that business establishments and agencies take action regularly to prevent incidents and reduce damages and losses if an incident occurs. Any business establishments or agencies that have questions can inquire at the Provincial Labour Protection and Welfare Office in every province and the Bangkok Labour Protection and Welfare Office Area 1-10, or the Labour Safety Division, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Taling Chan intersection, call 0 2448 9128 – 39. He asked that government agencies in the central, provincial, and local areas apply the aforementioned operational guidelines in setting standards for administration and safety management in their agency for the safety of officers, operators, and people who come to contact government officials. This will continue to drive the Safety Thailand policy.
