กระทรวงแรงงาน เปิดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการติดตามผลการดำเนินงานโครงการแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนด้านอาชีพ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 และชี้แจงแนวทางการดำเนินงาน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 เพิ่มพูนองค์ความรู้ความเข้าใจการดำเนินโครงการ พร้อมขับเคลื่อนทิศทางด้านแรงงานในปัจจุบัน
วันที่ 21 กันยายน 2566 เวลา 09.30 น. นายประทีป ทรงลำยอง รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานเปิดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการติดตามผลการดำเนินงานโครงการแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนด้านอาชีพ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 และชี้แจงแนวทางการดำเนินงาน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 ณ ห้องประชุมดุสิตา โรงแรมเอเชีย แอร์พอร์ต อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยกล่าวว่า การประชุมในครั้งนี้ เป็นการติดตามผลการดำเนินงานและแนวทางการดำเนินงานในปีต่อไป เพื่อขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ ซึ่งเป็นการกำหนดให้ทุกส่วนราชการหรือหน่วยงานภาครัฐต้องดำเนินงาน และถือว่าเป็นการดำเนินงานที่สำคัญยิ่งของกระทรวงแรงงาน เพราะเป็นห้วงเวลาที่มีสถานการณ์ท้าทายด้านแรงงานหลายเรื่อง อีกทั้งยังเป็นการจัดทำขึ้นในช่วงที่สถานการณ์ด้านแรงงานมีความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่รวดเร็วและท้าทายการทำงานอย่างที่ไม่มีมาก่อนอีกด้วย อีกทั้งยังเป็นที่ทราบกันดีว่า ปี 2563 – 2566 ที่ผ่านมา กระทรวงแรงงานต้องทำงานอย่างหนัก เพราะเป็นหน่วยงานที่ดูแลผู้ได้รับผลกระทบโดยตรงจากการแพร่ระบาดของ โควิด – 19 กระทรวงแรงงานไม่ใด้แก้ปัญหาหรือทำงานให้เกิดผลในเชิงมหภาคเท่านั้น แต่ต้องทำให้รวดเร็วและทันต่อสถานการณ์ทุกระยะ ทำให้ต้องมีการปรับกฎหมาย ออกมาตรการ กำหนดนโยบายและโครงการใหม่ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อช่วยเหลือแรงงานที่ได้รับผลกระทบที่รออยู่จำนวนมากจากประสบการณ์การทำงานในปีที่ผ่านมา จึงช่วยเป็นหลักคิดที่ดีสำหรับพวกเราในการติดตามผลและแนวทางการดำเนินงาน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 ซึ่งนำไปสู่การจัดทำโครงการสำคัญๆ ในอนาคต โดยขอให้ทุกท่านได้ใช้ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ ความคิดอย่างเต็มที่ และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อประชาชน
ทั้งนี้ การประชุมจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 20 – 22 กันยายน 2566 มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อติดตามผลการดำเนินงานโครงการแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนด้านอาชีพ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 และชี้แจงแนวทางการดำเนินงาน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 และรับทราบปัญหา อุปสรรค รวมทั้งการทบทวนคู่มือระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเพื่อเพิ่มพูนองค์ความรู้และความเข้าใจในการดำเนินโครงการฯ และทิศทางการขับเคลื่อนในสถานการณ์ด้านแรงงานในปัจจุบัน โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม จำนวน 180 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารกระทรวงแรงงาน แรงงานจังหวัด 76 จังหวัด และเจ้าหน้าที่ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน
The Ministry of Labour commenced a workshop to follow up on the project’s performance to solve occupational issues for the 2023 fiscal year. He explained operational guidelines for the 2024 fiscal year to enhance knowledge and understanding of project operations to drive the current labour direction.
On September 21, 2023, at 09.30 hours, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Prateep Songlamyong, chaired the opening of a workshop to follow up on the performance of the project to solve occupational issues for the 2023 fiscal year and explained operational guidelines for the 2024 fiscal year. The occasion took place at the Dusita Meeting Room, Asia Airport Hotel, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani Province. He said that this meeting is a follow-up of performance and operational guidelines for the following year to drive the national strategy. This is a determination that every government agency must carry out its work and is considered very important to the Ministry of Labour. The present situation is faced with many challenging labour issues. It was also created when the labour situation rapidly changed and became increasingly challenging. It is well known that from 2020 to 2023, the Ministry of Labour had to work hard, as it is an agency caring for people directly affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. The Ministry of Labour does not solve problems or work to achieve only macro results, but it must be done quickly and in time with the situation at every stage. This causes the need to adjust laws, issue measures, and continuously set new policies and projects to help the many affected workers in the past year. Therefore, it is a good principle to follow up on and present the operational guidelines for the 2024 fiscal year, which will lead to the creation of important projects in the future. He asked that everyone use their knowledge, experiences, and ideas to the fullest and provide maximum benefit to the people.
The meeting was held between September 20 to 22, 2023. The objective is to follow up on the project’s performance to solve occupational issues for the 2023 fiscal year and explain operational guidelines for the 2024 fiscal year. It also acknowledged problems and obstacles and reviewed related regulations and manuals. The meeting aims to enhance knowledge and understanding of project implementation and drive direction in the current labour situation. There were 180 meeting attendees, including Ministry of Labour executives, provincial workers from 76 provinces, and Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour officials.
