วันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2566 นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ให้การต้อนรับ Finna Wang Human Resources Dept. Manager บริษัท Tripod Technology Corp. Jenny Su General Manager และ Jy – Lee Senior Manager บริษัทที่ช่วยนายจ้างบริหารดูแลแรงงานไทย (บจง.ไต้หวัน) COSMO HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT & CONSULTANT CO.,LTD ซึ่งเป็นคณะตัวแทนนายจ้างที่เดินทางมาสอบคัดเลือกแรงงานไทย ที่ได้เข้าพบเพื่อเยี่ยมคารวะและหารือเกี่ยวกับการจัดส่งแรงงานไทยโดยระบบจ้างตรงจัดส่งโดยรัฐของบริษัทนายจ้าง Tripod Technology Corp. โดยมี สำนักประสานความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เข้าร่วมด้วย ณ ห้องประชุมปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ชั้น 7 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
นายบุญชอบ กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงานได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการส่งเสริมให้คนไทยได้มีงานทำทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน สร้างรายได้กลับเข้าประเทศ สำหรับบริษัทแห่งนี้ได้ให้กรมการจัดหางานจัดส่งแรงงานไทย จำนวน 40 คน ชาย 25 คน หญิง 15 คน โดยระบบจ้างตรงจัดส่งโดยรัฐ ผ่านกรมการจัดหางาน ซึ่งบริษัทฯ มีกำหนดสอบคัดเลือกแรงงานไทยในวันที่ 24 – 25 สิงหาคมนี้ นอกจากนี้ บริษัทฯ จะรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายให้กับแรงงานไทยที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกและเดินทางมาทำงานกับบริษัทฯ ได้แก่ ค่าตรวจสมรรถภาพการได้ยิน ที่ประเทศไทย 600 เหรียญไต้หวัน ค่าบริการดูแลรายเดือนที่ต้องจ่ายให้แก่บริษัทจัดหางานไต้หวันตลอดระยะเวลาการจ้าง 3 ปี ปีแรก 1,800 เหรียญไต้หวันต่อเดือน ปีที่สอง 1,700 เหรียญไต้หวันต่อเดือน และปีที่สาม 1,500 เหรียญไต้หวันต่อเดือน ค่าตั๋วเครื่องบินกลับประเทศไทยเมื่อทำงานครบสัญญาจ้าง และ ค่าเบี้ยขยันสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของบริษัทฯ เป็นเงินเดือนละ 2,000 เหรียญไต้หวัน
On August 25, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, welcomed Finna Wang, Human Resources Department Manager from Tripod Technology Corp., Jenny Su, General Manager, and Jy – Lee, Senior Manager of the company that helps employers manage Thai workers, Cosmo Human Resource Management & Consultant Co., Ltd., a group of employer representatives who took part in the Thai worker selection assessment. The group paid a courtesy call and discussed the delivery of Thai workers through the direct employment system of Tripod Technology Corp. The International Cooperation Bureau and the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour also participated in the meeting at the Permanent Secretary of Labour’s meeting room, 7th floor, Ministry of Labour.
Mr. Boonchob said that the Ministry of Labour emphasizes promoting Thai people to have domestic and international jobs. It aims to promote competitiveness, generating income back into the country. For this company, the Department of Employment has sent 40 Thai workers, comprising 25 men and 15 women, through the direct employment system delivered by the state through the Department of Employment. The company is scheduled to host selections for Thai workers on August 24-25. In addition, the company will be responsible for the expenses of Thai workers who have been selected and work with the company, including the hearing assessment fee in Thailand, which is 600 Taiwan Dollars, the monthly service fee to be paid to the Taiwan recruitment agency over the three years of employment, which is 1,800 Taiwan Dollars per month for the first year, 1,700 Taiwan Dollars per month for the second year, and 1,500 Taiwan Dollars per month for the third year. After completing the employment contract, they will pay for the air ticket back to Thailand. The company will also give a diligence allowance for those who comply with the company’s requirements, which is 2,000 Taiwan Dollars per month.
