วันที่ 26 กรกฎาคม 2566 นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ครั้งที่ 5/2566 ณ ห้องประชุมปกรณ์ อังศุสิงห์ ชั้น 10 อาคารกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
สำหรับการประชุมในครั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมได้พิจารณาขอรับรองมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานตามมาตรา 26 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน พ.ศ. 2545 ขอความเห็นชอบขยายเวลาในการกำหนดใช้มาตรการให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ประกอบกิจการ กำหนดให้ขยายระยะเวลาชำระหนี้เงินกู้ยืมคืนกองทุนพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ขอความเห็นชอบขยายเวลาในการกำหนดใช้อัตราดอกเบี้ยร้อยละศูนย์ต่อปีตามประกาศคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน เรื่อง กำหนดวงเงินกู้ยืมและการชำระเงินคืนกองทุนพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ขอความเห็นชอบปรับแผนการใช้จ่ายเงินกองทุนพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 โดยใช้เงินเหลือจ่ายเงินกองทุนพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 เนินงาน เป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินโครงการสัมมนา เรื่อง ทบทวนหลักเกณฑ์การให้กู้ยืมเงิน และการให้เงินช่วยเหลือหรืออุดหนุน จากกองทุนพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ขอความเห็นชอบประมาณการรายรับรายจ่ายเงินกองทุนพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 – พ.ศ. 2570 และแผนการปฏิบัติงานประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567
On July 26, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, chaired the Skill Development Promotion Committee Meeting No. 5/2023. The occasion took place at the Pakorn Angsusing Conference Room, 10th floor,
Department of Skill Development.
The meeting considered the application for certification of labour skill standards under Section 26 of the Skill Development Promotion Act, B.E. 2545, and requested approval for extending the time for imposing measures to assist entrepreneurs, specifying an extension of the loan repayment period for the Skill Development Fund. It requested approval for an extension of the zero percent interest rate per year scheme following the announcement of the Skill Development Promotion Committee on determining loan amounts and reimbursements of the Skill Development Fund. It requested approval for an adjustment of the spending plan for the Budget Skill Development Fund for 2023 by using the remaining money from the Skill Development Fund 2023 as operation expenses for conducting a seminar on reviewing lending criteria and granting subsidies from the Skill Development Fund. It also requested the approval of the projection of income and expenses of the Skill Development Fund for 2024 – 2027 and the Operational Plan for 2024.
