วันที่ 14 กรกฎาคม 2566 นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานการประชุมหารือค่าธรรมเนียมการจัดงาน (Recruitment Fee) ร่วมกับองค์การแรงงานระหว่างประเทศ (ILO) และภาคเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง ณ ห้องประชุมประสงค์ รณะนันทน์ ชั้น ๕ อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน โดยแจ้งให้ที่ประชุมทราบ ดังนี้ 1. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของผู้ประกอบการในการสรรหา และการจ้างแรงงานต่างด้าว 2. การจัดหางานที่เป็นธรรม และหลักการทั่วไปและแนวปฏิบัติการประเมินเพื่อตรวจสอบด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน (Due Diligence) ๓. นำเสนอรายละเอียดค่าใช้จ่ายและแนวปฏิบัติที่นายจ้างต้องดำเนินการในการจ้างแรงงานต่างด้าว พร้อมพิจารณาเสนอรายชื่อผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและฝ่ายลูกจ้าง เพื่อการคัดเลือกเป็นผู้พิพากษาสมทบในศาลแรงงานกลาง ศาลแรงงานภาค 1 – 9 และรายงานสรุปผลรายได้และค่าใช้จ่ายของแรงงาน รวมถึงผลกระทบหลังจากการปรับคำาจ้างขั้นต่ำ 1 ตุลาคม 2565
On July 14, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, chaired the discussion on recruitment fees with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and relevant private sectors at the Prasong Rananant meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. The meeting informed: 1. Problems and obstacles of entrepreneurs in recruiting and hiring foreign workers 2. Fair recruitment and general principles and guidelines for human rights due diligence assessments. 3. Presentation of expense details and guidelines employers must follow when hiring foreign workers. It also considered nominations for representatives from employers and employees for the selection as associate judges in the Central Labour Court, Region 1-9 Labour Court. It reported a summary of the income and expenditure of workers, including the impact after the minimum wage adjustment on October 1, 2022.
