วันที่ 16 มกราคม 2567 เวลา 14.30 น. นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและผู้แทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตน ครั้งที่ 1/2567 โดยมี นายบุญสงค์ ทัพชัยยุทธ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานประกันสังคม เข้าร่วมการประชุมด้วย ณ ห้องประชุมประสงค์ รณะนันทน์ ชั้น 5 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
สำหรับการประชุมครั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมได้พิจารณา รวมคะแนนผลการเลือกตั้งผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและผู้แทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตน ร่างประกาศคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้ง จำนวน 4 ฉบับ (1) ร่างประกาศคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและผู้แทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตน เรื่อง ผลการรวมคะแนนเลือกตั้งผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้าง (สปส.ลต. 2/18) (2) ร่างประกาศคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและผู้แทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตน เรื่อง ผลการรวมคะแนนเลือกตั้งผู้แทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตน (สปส.ลต. 2/19) (3) ร่างประกาศคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและผู้แทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตน เรื่อง บัญชีรายชื่อบุคคลสำรองผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้าง (สปส.ลต. 2/20) (4) ร่างประกาศคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและผู้แทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตน เรื่อง บัญชีรายชื่อบุคคลสำรองผู้แทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตน (สปส.ลต. 2/21) และขอความเห็นชอบมอบหมายเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานประกันสังคมเจาะกลางบัตรเลือกตั้งที่เก็บสำรองไว้ ณ สำนักงานประกันสังคม (ส่วนกลาง) รวมถึงเรื่องอื่นๆ การเสนอชื่อผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและผู้แทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตนที่ได้รับการเลือกตั้งเพื่อให้รัฐมนตรีแต่งตั้งเป็นกรรมการผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและกรรมการผู้แทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตนในคณะกรรมการประกันสังคม
On January 16, 2024, at 14.30 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Phairoj Chotikasatian, chaired the Election Commission Meeting for Employer and Insured Person Representatives No. 1/2024. The Social Security Office & Secretary-General, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, also attended the meeting at the Prasong Rananant meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.
The meeting considered the total election results for employer and insured person representatives and four draft announcements of the Election Commission, including (1) The draft announcement of the Election Commission for Employer and Insured Person Representatives regarding the results of the total votes for employer representatives (SSO. Lt. 2/18). (2) The draft announcement of the Election Commission for Employers & Representatives and Insurers & Representatives regarding the results of the total votes for insured person representatives (SSO. Lt. 2/19). (3) The draft announcement of the Election Commission for Employer and Insured Person Representatives regarding the list of reserved persons for employer representatives (SSO. Lt. 2/20). (4) The draft announcement of the Election Commission for Employer and Insured Person Representatives regarding the list of reserved persons for insured person representatives (SSO. Lt. 2/21). The meeting also requested approval to assign Social Security Office staff to punch ballots stored in reserve at the Social Security Office (central) as well as other matters, including nominating elected representatives of employers and insured persons to be appointed by the Minister as committee members representing employers and insured persons in the Social Security Committee.
