วันที่ 1 กันยายน 2566 เวลา 09.30 น. นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ครั้งที่ 6/2566 โดยมี นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ร่วมประชุมในครั้งนี้ เพื่อพิจารณาขอความเห็นชอบหลักการร่างประกาศกระทรวงแรงงาน เรื่อง สาขาอาชีพที่จะส่งเสริมการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ขอความเห็นชอบร่างประกาศคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน เรื่อง วิธีการทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานแห่งชาติ และการออกหนังสือรับรองว่าเป็นผู้ผ่านการทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานแห่งชาติ และอัตราค่าทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานแห่งชาติ สาขาอาชีพช่างไฟฟ้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และคอมพิวเตอร์ สาขาช่างเครื่องปรับอากาศในบ้านและการพาณิชย์ขนาดเล็ก ระดับ 2 ขอรับรองมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานตามมาตรา 26 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน พ.ศ. 2545 ขอความเห็นชอบร่างคำสั่งคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน เรื่อง แต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการเพื่อดำเนินการจัดส่งตัวแทนประเทศไทยเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานเอเชีย ครั้งที่ 2 จำนวน 9 คณะ และขออนุมัติประมาณการรายจ่ายเงินกองทุนพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน แผนการปฏิบัติงาน ประจำปะงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 เพิ่มเติม ณ ห้องประชุมปกรณ์ อังศุสิงห์ ชั้น 10 อาคารกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
On September 1, 2023, at 09.30 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, chaired the Skill Development Promotion Committee Meeting No. 6/2023. The Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, also attended. This meeting considered approval of the principles of the Ministry of Labour’s draft announcement on careers that will promote the development of the workforce’s skills, the approval for the Skill Development Promotion Committee’s draft announcement on national skill standards assessment methods, and the issuance of a certificate to confirm the passing the national skill standard assessment, and national skill standard assessment rates for professions as electricians, electronics and computer technician, household and small commercial air conditioning technicians at level 2. It also considered the request to certify labour skill standards according to Section 26 of the Skill Development Promotion Act B.E. 2545, the request for approval of the Skill Development Promotion Committee’s draft order regarding the appointment of a subcommittee to send Thailand representatives to participate in the 2nd Asian Worker’s Skill Competition, totaling nine groups, and the request for approval of the estimated expenditure on the Skill Development Fund’s work plan and additional information for 2023 fiscal year. The occasion took place at the Pakorn Angsusingh meeting room, 10th floor, Department of Skill Development.
