วันที่ 15 กันยายน 2566 เวลา 09.30 น. นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายสมาสภ์ ปัทมะสุคนธ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานพิธีเปิดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน และเตรียมความพร้อมการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดประชุมด้านแรงงานระหว่างประเทศ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 ณ ห้องประชุมประสงค์ รณะนันทน์ ชั้น 5 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน โดยช่วงเช้าเป็นการบรรยาย หัวข้อ “ระเบียบพิธีการทูตสำหรับการประชุมระหว่างประเทศ” โดย นายกรณ์ สุวรรณาศรัย นักการทูตชำนาญการพิเศษ และนายรังสรรค์ ศรีมังกร นักการทูตชำนาญการพิเศษ กรมพิธีการทูต กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ และช่วงบ่ายเป็นการบรรยายหัวข้อ “ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประชุมในกรอบอาเซียนเพื่อเตรียมการเป็นเจ้าภาพการประชุมระดับภูมิภาคและที่เกี่ยวข้อง” โดย นางสาวนิภัสสร คำภา ผู้อำนวยการกองสังคมและวัฒนธรรม กรมอาเซียน กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ
ทั้งนี้ โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของบุคลากร และเตรียมความพร้อมการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดประชุมระหว่างประเทศด้านแรงงาน มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้บุคลากรของสำนักประสานความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และมีความพร้อมต่อภารกิจงานด้านการต่างประเทศด้านต่างๆ ระดมความคิดในการจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติงานประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 – 2570 ของสำนักประสานความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ และเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในองค์กร การทำงานเป็นทีม การมีทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อเพื่อนร่วมงาน ผู้ใช้บริการ หน่วยงานภาครัฐ และเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งจะทำให้เกิดการบูรณาการภายในองค์กรและส่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ต่อการดำเนินงานร่วมกันอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
On September 15, 2023, at 09.30 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, assigned the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon, to chair the opening ceremony of the personnel potential development project to increase work efficiency, and preparations to host the International Labor Conference for 2023. The occasion took place at the Prasong Rananant meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. In the morning, there was a lecture on “Diplomacy Protocol for International Meetings” by Mr. Korn Suwannasarai and Mr. Rangsan Srimangkorn, Expert Diplomats from the Department of Protocol, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the afternoon, there was a lecture on “Knowledge about Meeting within the ASEAN Framework in Preparation for Hosting Regional and Related Meetings” by Ms. Nipassorn Khampha, Director of the Social and Cultural Division, Department of ASEAN Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The potential development project to increase the work efficiency of personnel and preparations to host an international labour conference was to provide personnel of the International Cooperation Office with knowledge and understanding of preparing for various foreign missions. The session brainstormed ideas for preparing the work plan for the 2024 – 2027 fiscal year of the Office of International Cooperation to strengthen relationships and promote a positive attitude towards co-workers, service users, government agencies, and related private sector agencies. This will create collaboration within the organization and result in effective joint operations.
