วันที่ 23 พฤศจิกายน 2566 เวลา 10.00 น. นายสิรภพ ดวงสอดศรี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการพัฒนาจังหวัดขายแดนภาคใต้ (กพต.) ครั้งที่ 3/2566 ณ ห้องประชุม 301 ชั้น 3 อาคารบัญชาการ 1 ทำเนียบรัฐบาล กรุงเทพฯ โดยมี นายสมศักดิ์ เทพสุทิน รองนายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานการประชุมดังกล่าว
สำหรับที่ประชุมได้มีการขอความเห็นชอบ (ร่าง) กรอบแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนการบูรณาการขจัดความยากจนและพัฒนาคนทุกช่วงวัยอย่างยั่งยืนตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ระยะที่ 2 (พ.ศ. 2567 – 2570) กรอบแนวทางการยกระดับการพัฒนาจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ของไทยกับรัฐติดชายแดนไทยของมาเลเซีย สู่การเป็นเมืองคู่แฝด (Twin cities) เพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ระยะ 4 ปี (พ.ศ. 2567 – 2570) และหลักการการให้ความช่วยเหลือเยียวยาผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้กรณีรายที่ไม่ได้รับการช่วยเหลือตามระเบียบกระทรวงการคลัง ว่าด้วยเงินทดรองราชการเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ. 2556 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม
On November 23, 2023, at 10.00 hours, the Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Siraphop Duangsodsri, joined the Strategic Development of the Southern Border Provinces (SDSBP) Committee Meeting No. 3/2023, at Meeting Room 301, 3rd Floor, Command Building 1, Government House, Bangkok. Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Somsak Thepsuthin chaired the said meeting.
The meeting requested approval for the (draft) framework for driving the integration of poverty eradication and sustainable development of people of all ages according to the sufficiency economy philosophy in the Southern Border Provinces, Phase 2 (2024 – 2027). It also considered the framework for enhancing the development of Thailand’s southern border provinces and the Thai border states of Malaysia toward becoming twin cities for sustainable development for a period of 4 years (2024 – 2027) and the principles of providing assistance and relief to those affected by the unrest in the southern border provinces in the case of those who do not receive assistance according to the Ministry of Finance’s regulations concerning government advances to assist victims of emergency disasters, B.E. 2556, and amendments.
