วันที่ 19 เมษายน 2566 นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมประชุมสภานโยบายการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 1/2566 โดยมีนายดอน ปรมัตถ์วินัย รองนายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานการประชุมดังกล่าว ทั้งนี้ที่ประชุมได้มีการพิจารณาดังนี้ 1. ข้อเสนอนโยบายการกำหนดเงื่อนไขว่าด้วยการชดเชยให้มีการตอบแทน (Offset) เพื่อยกระดับความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยีของประเทศในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างจากต่างประเทศของภาครัฐ 2. การแต่งตั้งกรรมการและเลขานุการ และการกำหนดวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งของกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในคณะกรรมการกำกับนโยบายข้อมูลการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม 3. (ร่าง) ประกาศสภานโยบาย เรื่อง การจัดประเภทหน่วยงานในระบบวิจัยและนวัตกรรม (ฉบับที่ 2)

On April 19, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, assigned the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, to attend the National Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council Meeting No. 1/2023. The Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Don Pramudwinai, chaired the meeting. The meeting considered the following: 1. A proposal for a policy to set conditions on compensation to be offset, to enhance the country’s technological capability in foreign procurement of the public sector. 2. Appointment of the Director and Secretary 3. The (draft) Policy Council Announcement on Classification of Departments in Research and Innovation Systems (2nd version).
