กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน กระทรวงแรงงาน เปิดสุดยิ่งใหญ่แข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 29 คัดเยาวชนทั่วประเทศสู่ทีมชาติ ร่วมแข่งขันระดับนานาชาติ
วันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2566 เวลา 10.00 น. นายสุรชัย ชัยตระกูลทอง ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงแรงงานเป็นประธานพิธีเปิดการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 29 โดยมี นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน และผู้บริหารระดับสูงของกระทรวงแรงงานร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธี ณ อาคารอเนกประสงค์ สถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 1 สมุทรปราการ โดยกล่าวว่า การแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานแห่งชาติเป็นภารกิจของกระทรวงแรงงาน โดยกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน เพื่อเป็นเวทีสำหรับเยาวชนในการแสดงความสามารถด้านทักษะฝีมือที่ได้ฝึกฝนอบรมในสาขาอาชีพต่างๆ และเป็นเวทีคัดเลือกเยาวชนเป็นทีมชาติไทยในการเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานอาเซียน ครั้งที่ 13 ณ สาธารณรัฐสิงคโปร์ ระหว่างวันที่ 18-28 กรกฎาคม 2566 และการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานเอเชีย ครั้งที่ 2 ณ สหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์ ระหว่างวันที่ 24 พฤศจิกายน–1 ธันวาคม 2566 และการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานนานาชาติ ครั้งที่ 47 ณ สาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส ระหว่างวันที่ 10-15 กันยายน 2567
สำหรับการแข่งขันครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 22-24 พฤษภาคม 2566 จำนวน 26 สาขา แบ่งเป็นแข่งขันที่สถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 1 สมุทรปราการ จำนวน 18 สาขา เช่น สาขาเมคคาทรอนิกส์ สาขาเทคโนโลยีงานเชื่อม สาขาระบบอัตโนมัติทางอุตสาหกรรม สาขาการจัดดอกไม้ สาขาแฟชั่นเทคโนโลยี เป็นต้น มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา จัดแข่งขันสาขาหุ่นยนต์เคลื่อนที่ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีจิตรลดา จัดแข่งขันสาขาการประกอบอาหาร วิทยาลัยแรงงาน สถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงาน 13 กรุงเทพมหานคร จัดแข่งขันสาขาการบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม และมหาวิทยาศรีปทุมจัดแข่งขันสาขาการสร้างโมเดลในเกมสามมิติ โดยมีเยาวนอายุระหว่าง 15-21 ปี เข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน จำนวน 390 คนจากทั่วประเทศ เพื่อคัดเลือกเป็นตัวแทนทีมชาติ
นายสุรชัย กล่าวต่อไปว่า ซึ่งแบบข้อสอบที่ใช้ในการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ได้ประยุกต์จากการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานนานาชาติครั้งล่าสุด ได้รับการพัฒนาจากคณะผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากภาคอุตสาหกรรมและภาคการศึกษา ยึดหลักสำคัญเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานขององค์การการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานนานาชาติ (WorldSkills International) นอกจากนี้นำวิธีการตรวจประเมินผลการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานนานาชาติ (Competition Information System : CIS) มาใช้ในการแข่งขัน เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการตัดสินของคณะกรรมการให้มีความยุติธรรม โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ และเป็นไปตามหลักสากลมากขึ้น จึงเป็นการันตีว่าเยาวชนะที่ชนะการแข่งขันมีศักยภาพและทักษะที่พร้อมแข่งขันในเวทีระดับโลกต่อไป
“การแข่งขันมิได้เป็นเพียงเวทีคัดเลือกเยาชนเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นตัวช่วยส่งเสริมสนับสนุนกระตุ้นให้เยาวชนมีใจรักในงานอาชีพ และสนใจที่จะพัฒนาตนเองให้มีศักยภาพสร้างความก้าวหน้าในการศึกษาและหน้าที่การงาน และเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้แก่เยาวชนอื่นๆ ในการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถของตนเองให้ทัดเทียมหรือก้าวสู่ทีมชาติเช่นเดียวกัน” ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าว
The Ministry of Labour’s Department of Skill Development commenced the grand opening of the 29th National Skill Competition, recruiting youths from all over the country to join the national team and participate in international competitions.
On May 22, 2023, at 10.00 hours, the Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong, presided over the opening ceremony of the 29th National Skills Competition. The Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, the Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, and the Ministry of Labour’s senior executives, joined the ceremony at the multipurpose building, Skill Development Institute 1, Samut Prakan. He said that the National Skills Competition is part of the Ministry of Labour’s Department of Skill Development, providing a platform for young people to showcase their talents in various occupations. It is a stage for recruiting young people to be part of the Thai national team to participate in the 13th ASEAN Skills Competition in Singapore between July 18 and 28, 2023, and the 2nd Asian Skills Competition in the United Arab Emirates from November 24 to December 1, 2023, and the 47th International Skills Competition in France, between September 10 to 15, 2024.
This competition, hosted between May 22 to 24, 2023, had 26 branches. It was divided into 18 competition branches at the Samut Prakan Institute for Skill Development 1, Samut Prakan, including mechatronics, welding technology, industrial automation, field flower arrangements, and fashion technology. The Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna organized a mobile robot competition. The Chitralada Institute of Technology organized a cooking competition. The Labour College at the Bangkok Skill Development Institute 13 organized a food and beverage service competition, and Sripatum University organized a 3D game modeling competition. There were390 youths aged between 15-21 years participating in the competition from all over the country. Some will be selected as representatives of the national team.
Mr. Surachai continued that the assessment form used in this competition was adapted from the latest International Skills Competition. It was developed by a panel of experts from industry and academia, adhering to key principles following the standards of WorldSkills International. In addition, the competition information system (CIS) is used in the competition to elevate the judging standards of the committee to be fair, transparent, verifiable, and in line with international standards. This guarantees that the winning youths have the potential and skills to be ready to compete on the global stage.
“The competition is not only a selection stage for youths, but it also helps to encourage and motivate young people to love their careers and become interested in self-development to have the potential to advance in education and work, becoming an inspiration to other youths to develop their capabilities to be equal or to step into the national team as well,” said the Assistant to the Labour Minister.
