นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสงวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เปิดเผยว่า ตามที่กระทรวงแรงงานได้เปิดตัวโครงการพัฒนาส่งเสริมอาชีพผู้ประกอบการร้านสตรีทฟู๊ด (Street Food) ไปเมื่อเดือนพฤษภาคมที่ผ่านมานั้น ซึ่งโครงการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้และทักษะในการประกอบอาชีพร้านสตรีทฟู๊ด เบื้องต้นให้แก่ผู้ว่างงาน ผู้ถูกเลิกจ้าง และผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 รวมทั้งสร้างโอกาสในการเข้าสู่อาชีพร้านสตรีทฟู๊ด ตลอดจนเสริมความรู้ให้ผู้ประกอบการนำไปสู่การเพิ่มยอดขายสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี (พ.ศ. 2561 – 2580) ด้านการสร้างโอกาสและความเสมอภาคทางสังคม เพื่อกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจ รวมทั้งสร้างอาชีพ สร้างรายได้ให้แก่ประชาชนนั้น
นายบุญชอบ กล่าวต่อว่า โดยโครงการนี้ได้มีกิจกรรมจัดฝึกอบรมให้แก่ผู้สนใจประกอบอาชีพสตรีทฟู้ดรายใหม่ 300 รุ่น เป้าหมายจำนวน 15,000 คน และจัดฝึกอบรมให้แก่ผู้ประกอบอาชีพสตรีทฟู้ดรายเดิม 300 รุ่น เป้าหมายจำนวน 15,000 คน รวม 600 รุ่น จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 30,000 คน เมื่อผู้ฝึกอบรมฝึกจบแล้วจะได้นำความรู้ ทักษะไปต่อยอดเพิ่มโอกาสให้ธุรกิจร้านสตรีทฟู้ดของไทยเกิดการขยายตัว และช่วยกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจฐานรากที่สำคัญจะเกิดประโยชน์ต่อประชาชนที่ผันตัวเองมาสู่เส้นทางอาชีพเป็นผู้ประกอบการสตรีทฟู๊ดรายใหม่ สามารถสร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ นำไปสู่รายได้ที่มั่นคง และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น
กระทรวงแรงงาน จึงขอเชิญชวนประชาชนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมชม ช้อป ชิม ในงานมหกรรม “อร่อยปักหมุดสตรีทฟู๊ดไทย”ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมแสดงร้านค้าสตรีทฟู้ด รวมความแซ่บ Street Food ไทย ตามโครงการพัฒนาส่งเสริมอาชีพผู้ประกอบการร้านสตรีทฟู๊ด (Street Food) ซึ่งมีกำหนดจัดขึ้นพร้อมกัน 5 ภูมิภาคทั่วประเทศ ระหว่างวันที่ 7 – 9 กรกฎาคม 2566 ดังนี้ ภาคกลางที่โรบินสันไลฟ์สไตล์ ศรีสมาน จังหวัดนนทบุรี ภาคตะวันออกที่ตลาดรันเวย์ พัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี ภาคเหนือที่บิ๊กซี เชียงใหม่ 1 ดอนจั่น ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ที่เซ็นทรัลพลาซ่า จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี และภาคใต้ที่ลานอีเวนท์ข้างโรงเรียนวิริยะเธียร เหอะอ้าย สแควร์ หาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ซึ่งภายในงานจะยกทัพความอร่อยจากร้านค้าสตรีทฟู๊ดมากว่า 60 ร้าน นอกจากนี้ ยังมีกิจกรรมสาธิตการประกอบอาหาร การแสดงบนเวที กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย เล่นเกมมอบของรางวัล และกิจกรรมอื่นๆ อีกมากหมาย โดยผู้สนใจสามารถเข้าร่วมงานดังกล่าว หรือสอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ สายด่วนกระทรวงแรงงาน โทร.1506
The Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, spoke about the Ministry of Labour launching a career development program for street food business operators in May. The project aims to increase knowledge and skills in street food shops among the unemployed, laid-off, and those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. It aims to create opportunities to start a career in the street food business and enhance knowledge for business operators to increase sales. The initiative aligns with the 20-year national strategy (2018-2037) on creating opportunities and social equality to stimulate the economy, build a career, and generate income for the people.
Mr. Boonchob continued that training activities have been organized for 300 classes of new street food professionals out of a target of 15,000 people. There are also 300 classes for existing street food professionals, targeting 15,000 people, for a total of 600 classes and 30,000 people. When participants complete the training, they can use their knowledge and skills and extend them to increase opportunities among Thai street food businesses, to grow and expand, and help stimulate the foundation economy, which is essential to the people. It will allow people to pivot themselves into a career path as a new street food operator, creating jobs, and building careers, leading to a stable income and a better quality of life.
Therefore, the Ministry of Labour invites people interested in attending, viewing, shopping, and tasting food at the event “Pinning Tasty Thai Street Food ”. The event showcases street food shops, incorporating the spiciness of Thai street food under the street food career development program, scheduled to be held simultaneously in 5 regions across the country between July 7 and 9, 2023, as follows: Central region at Robinson Lifestyle Srisamarn, Nonthaburi Province, the Eastern region at Runway Market, Pattaya, Chonburi Province, the Northern region at Big C, Chiang Mai 1, Don Chan, the Northeastern region at Central Plaza, Ubon Ratchathani Province, and in the South at the event area next to the Wiriyathian School, Aoi Square, Hat Yai, Songkhla Province. The event will bring deliciousness from over 60 street food shops. There will be stage performances and promotional activities, with giveaway games and many other activities.
