วันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2566 นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วย นางเธียรรัตน์ นะวะมะวัฒน์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน (ฝ่ายการเมือง) นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน นางสาวพร้อมมงคล วงษ์บุญฟู ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 33 ตราด เฝ้าทูลละอองพระบาทรับเสด็จสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี เสด็จพระราชดำเนินตรวจเยี่ยมโครงการพระราชดำริในพื้นที่จังหวัดตราด ณ โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านท่ากุ่ม ตำบลท่ากุ่ม อำเภอเมืองตราด จังหวัดตราด
ทั้งนี้ กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยสถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 33 ตราด ได้ร่วมกับจังหวัดตราด และโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านท่ากุ่ม ได้จัดแสดงนิทรรศการการฝึกอบรมยกระดับฝีมือ หลักสูตร การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน (ผลิตภัณฑ์ชันโรง) เพื่อเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้การเลี้ยงและการออกแบบรังชันโรงให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดตราด ซึ่งประโยชน์จากการเลี้ยงชันโรงนั้นจะช่วยเพิ่มปริมาณแมลงผสมเกสรในธรรมชาติ ทำให้เพิ่มผลิตผลทางการเกษตร ลดการใช้สารเคมี และอยู่ร่วมกับธรรมชาติอย่างสมดุลและยั่งยืน
สำหรับโครงการพัฒนาทักษะในการประกอบอาชีพ ตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริฯ ประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2566 นั้น หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานได้บูรณาการร่วมกันในการบริการด้านแรงงาน ได้แก่ การฝึกอาชีพ การให้ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน การออกหน่วยให้บริการด้านแรงงาน แก่ครูโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ครอบครัวตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและประชาชนในพื้นที่ซึ่งหลักสูตรที่คัดเลือกนำมาฝึกอบรมในชุมชนโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนนั้นเป็นความต้องการของชาวบ้านในพื้นที่ เพราะเป็นหลักสูตรที่ใช้เวลาการฝึกไม่นาน ฝึกจบแล้วสามารถประกอบอาชีพได้ทันที โดยมีเป้าหมายการดำเนินการในจังหวัดที่มีโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน จำนวน 40 จังหวัด ขณะนี้ได้ดำเนินการไปแล้ว 34 จังหวัด ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มได้มีอาชีพ มีงานทำ มีการพัฒนาศักยภาพฝีมือแรงงาน ให้แรงงานสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้จากการฝึกอบรมไปต่อยอดในการประกอบอาชีพเพื่อให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น
On July 31, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson (on Politics), Mrs. Thienrat Navamawat, the Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, and the Director of the Trat Skill Development Institute 33, Ms. Prommongkol Wongboonfu, greeted Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on a visit to see the Royal Development Projects in Trat Province at Ban Tha Kum Border Patrol Police School, Tha Kum Subdistrict, Mueang Trat District, Trat Province.
The Ministry of Labour’s Trat Skill Development Institute 33 joined with the Trat Provincial Administration and the Ban Tha Kum Border Patrol Police School to organize a training exhibition on community product development (stingless bee products) to spread the knowledge on raising and designing stingless bee nests to the people in Trat province. Raising stingless bees will increase the number of pollinating insects in nature to increase agricultural productivity and reduce the use of chemicals, allowing people to live in harmony with nature in balance and sustainably.
In the occupational skills development project under royal initiative projects by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for the 2023 fiscal year, agencies under the Ministry of Labour work together to provide labour services, including vocational training, labour law education, and mobile labour service units to teachers at Border Patrol Police School, student, parents, border patrol police families, and the local people. The selected courses for training meet the needs of the local people. They are courses that do not take long to practice. After completing the training, participants can apply them to work immediately. The goal is to provide services in the province with border patrol police schools in 40 provinces; it has already operated in 34. The initiative will allow all groups of people to have a career, and a job and to develop the potential of worker skills for workers to apply the knowledge gained from training to further their careers to have a better quality of life.
