          วันอังคารที่ 28 มีนาคม 2566 เวลา 09.30 น. นายนิยม สองแก้ว อธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน (กสร.) เป็นประธานพิธีเปิดโครงการนายจ้าง : แนวทางที่ดีสู่การจ้างแรงงานในงานบ้าน (กัมพูชา เมียนมา และลาว) โดยความร่วมมือขององค์การระหว่างประเทศเพื่อการโยกย้ายถิ่นฐาน (ไอโอเอ็ม) เพื่อให้นายจ้างมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสิทธิหน้าที่ และรับทราบข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องในการคุ้มครองดูแลลูกจ้างทำงานที่บ้าน ตลอดจนเป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายและเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจ้างแรงงานข้ามชาติทำงานในบ้าน กิจกรรมโครงการมีการบรรยายให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจ้างแรงงานข้ามชาติทำงาน กฎหมายเกี่ยวข้องกับการจ้างลูกจ้างทำงานในบ้านและกิจกรรมสร้างและพัฒนาเครือข่ายเพื่อการเข้าถึงการบริการของภาครัฐ แก่นายจ้างของลูกจ้างทำงานในบ้าน 3 สัญชาติ จำนวน 40 คน โดยมี นายเกษมสันต์ เครือเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการกองคุ้มครองแรงงานนอกระบบ ผู้ประกอบการ นายจ้าง และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม ณ ศูนย์ประชุมและแสดงสินค้าจังหวัดพิจิตร (CKConvention Hall)

          On Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 09.30 hours, the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Director-General, Mr. Niyom Songkaew, chaired the opening ceremony of the Employer Programme: A Good Guide to Domestic Employment (Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos) in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM). It aimed to give employers a better understanding of their rights and duties, get accurate information on the protection of homeworkers, create a network, and spread awareness about the employment of domestic migrant workers. The project’s activities included lectures on the employment of migrant workers, laws related to the employment of domestic workers, network-building activities, and expanding access to government services to employers of domestic workers of the three nationalities. Forty people joined the event. The Director of the Informal Labour Protection Division, Mr. Kasemsan Kruecharoen, business operators, employers, and relevant officials attended the event at the Phichit Convention and Exhibition Center. (CK Convention Hall).
